In all honesty, the employees were great! Very warm and welcoming. They helped me choose color, length, etc to get exactly what I wanted. However, I was unimpressed with the quality of the service and the nails themselves. It has been one week since my visit, and the acrylics are already beginning to peel up and pop off. Secondly, I feel that the staff member was a little careless and rushed when preparing my natural nail bed. I was left with bleeding cuticles and skin, and now my natural skin is struggling to revive itself. I haven't had this issue when going to my regular salon.

I have never seen someone do such a horrible job at French tips... I would show you guys but I'm so embarrassed... some lines are thicker than others on my toes and some lines look straight and some look curved around my nails oh and for my hands I kept asking for colors they were displaying on their little samples and each time there was a problem, either they were dried out or extremely runny!! not worth the money I paid! please please read the reviews before entering... you will regret it... one of my hands was left unfinished cuz I couldn't do it anymore I was so dissatisfied I wanted

Terrible experience... showed her this picture and this is what I received.... These where my natural nails keep in mind and she shaved them off with a drill underneath and sliced my finger. My family goes here religiously so she offered to fix them... keep in mind that is 7 individuals that go here since I have a big family. If I didn't have that big of a family go here so often they would of told me i had to pay. The manager continued to tell me how great they look.

Jenny, Olivia and Mimi do great work. Jenny and Olivia make my natural nails look perfect - patiently clean up nails, ensure nails are evenly round and no bumps or imperfections in the polish. Mimi provides a memorable pedicure - patient, thorough, nails look so good that I just want to wear sandals all the time! They are good people that take pride in their work!

So I got my nails done here about a month ago, within 2 weeks I got 3 broken nails . So then I got them fixed about a week ago, And they still charged me ! No big deal I needed a fill by then . They fixed my broken nails . And guess what ? 3 broken nails again . Within a week . I got GELL and the polish is somehow fading away and it even chipped from one of my nails . Definitely not going here again . Don't waist your money or time going here!

Ann is the best!! Got my eyebrows and eyelashes done by her! Worth my 30mile drive to see her! Highly recommend! If you need your eyebrows and or eyelashes done request Ann! Everyone here is super friendly very welcoming!

The gel color started chipping faster than normal. And the lady that did mine was rude at the end because I didn't have cash on me only my card. I tipped $10 and spent almost $100. And I must say that's the most I've ever paid for my nails and as pedi with basic gel. I don't think I will be going back here

Called in advance for an appointment. Came in a little earlier than scheduled and they took me right away. Even though they're operating outdoors, it's still a very nice environment. All the staffs were great. They were friendly and didn't talk much at all and just let me watch my movies. Definitely needed some peace and quiet time during these stressful days.
My gel fill came out perfect. It was nicely shaped, no lumpy polishes, nice and thin, like how it should be. I can't wait to come back for other services! They also do facials and lashes.

Well.... I know with just reopening after 3 months things might be a little crazy and to have patience. I don't like when people lie. I come in at 9:30am and made an appointment for 10:30am. Great until you come back at 10:30 they sit you with your feet in the water for 30 minutes not a good way to start the day.

Ann does such an amazing job at doing eyelash Extensions. I almost second guessed her prices because I couldn't believe how affordable she is with the quality she provides. She's extremely gentle and will answer any questions you may have. I've been to places that are TRIPLE her price for horrible lashes that fall out within a week. Mine last about 2 full weeks, that with wearing make up daily and washing my face twice a day. They still look great after 2 weeks, I just like mine really full. I get a lot of compliments and will continue to send them Ann's way. 5 stars all day

The first time I got my nails done here was for my high school prom. I've been going to Queen for years since my parents live nearby. Every nail technician I've had was very friendly and did an superb job. I was in and out of here in less than an hour with no appointment (although I should start doing so). They accept walk-ins. This salon is very clean and spacious inside. Lots of colors to choose from and prices are reasonable.
