Papillon Lounge & Nails

As a first time customer, I walked in when they first opened and was warmly greeted by staff. I had a dipped manicure with Bella and the service was amazing! I did not feel rushed, she was constantly asking for my approval and paid attention to detail on each of my nails. My previous gel manicure at a different salon took 35 mins, while at Papillon Lounge, I walked out happy an hour later. The salon is in a great location, was clean, and all the staff seemed happily conversing with their customers! I will definitely be back!

The service is great! Super attentive and listened to what we wanted. Talented artists who can do detail and design. The $45 spa pedi is worth every dime. I fell asleep I was so relaxed. I felt really pampered! My daughter got this fun design and the nail artist did it freehand.

This is a great place for a mani/pedi. Just wish their appointment system was a little more convenient. I've had bookings placed, confirmed and then cancelled for being full???

I went to this salon because of the great reviews and asked for Ivan because I had seen so many reviews about how wonderful he was at doing nails. I went in asking for a simple design for acrylic nails and he said he couldn’t do it because it was too hard. I showed him ombré rainbow nails instead and he said that was still too hard, but he’d try it anyways. Ombré is not very difficult. I had asked for acrylic and he put gel x instead, which was more expensive. The nails came out awful, they were the worst I had ever gotten and I was charged almost 80 dollars. Phenomenal establishment. I love coming here and the level of pampering is awesome. As long as they are within a 45min drive of where I live and employ Amy they will be receiving my business several times a month.

This is my second time here. Like the first time it was an amazing experience. I actually was running late and they were very accommodating. The pedicure was awesome. So relaxing. Very clean place as well. This place is definitely my new home for getting my pedicure.

IVAN (nick name “no good! No good!”) definitely is awesome. He we was so Funny, so chatty & very GENTLE when handling my cuticles, which we all know is greatly appreciated because sometimes some nail techs just tear those off with no hesitation

I really enjoy this salon. They are very clean, professional, and talented. Throughly give a good manicure and dip nail looks bomb! So happy I found this salon, this is my third visit. Definitely going to continue to be a repeat customer. I would also recommend making an appointment prior. Ivan thank you for recommending the dip powder for my nails and for doing such a great job they look very pretty and smooth. 💕
