Persistent, egregious issues with overcharging and over-selling equipment to clients who aren't intimately knowledgeable about the products and services. This is also the most complicated administrative system of four similar/competitive companies I've used for more than six months.
In my experience contracting this company, I've observed predatory sales practices and a severe lack of customer support. They have repeatedly refused in what often feels like bad-faith; more than once saying one thing verbally, and replying differently by email.
