Tiger Custom Computers is dedicated to providing quality, competent computer services to our clients at their homes and places of business. We also provide remote assistance and off-site service on short notice. Based out of the Interbay neighborhood in Seattle--with additional technicians in Bellevue, Renton, and Issaquah--we have proudly served hundreds of clients in Seattle, the Eastside, and the rest of King County, WA since 2003.
Before any major off-site service, we perform a backup of your machine to help keep your data safe. We protect and respect your privacy. We also try to minimize the downtime you experience from your computer problems and prevent problems when prudent and possible. For serious hardware repairs and diagnostics, or major virus infections that require taking your system off-site for service, we aim for a turnaround time in days, not weeks.

Our old computer still had Windows 7 so we finally (!) ordered a new HP then had to find someone to install. My weight trainer mentioned Matt who works in the same building. Matt had helped with my trainer's computer needs previously.
I was very impressed with Matt's responsiveness, desire to help, attentiveness to my many questions, and willingness to overcome some obstacles to get the new computer running smoothly but also to make the old one more functional so we can use it as a back-up, if needed. His caring & kind demeanor was refreshing as well as his knowledge & professionalism

First off - the custom PC Matt & his team built for me four years ago is still running like a top! Unfortunately my ASUS laptop I bought a few years ago wasn't. The battery stopped taking a charge and I was worried this job would be too small for TCC to do. Nope! A quick email to them and Leo got back to me offering a fair price to do the replacement. I opted to wait four weeks to receive the OE battery from China and once it arrived I came over to the shop with Leo having me in and out in 10 minutes! I found Matt's biz when my previous computer guys really let me down. I had been using them for years and they just really dropped the ball with poor customer service.
I can't remember if Matt's biz was recommended to me or what but all I know is that I found my forever computer guys.
I have been using TCC for everything from PC issues to phone to my wordpress website. Each and every time I call they are prompt to either get on it right then or they provide a game plan for me so I know what to expect. THEY EVEN DO HOUSE CALLS for the really gnarly stuff.

I got in touch with him recently since I was considering having a custom built gaming pc. What followed was an impressive level of customer service I rarely run into anymore. Not only did he read my long winded emails, he made sure he responded to every question, explaining that I had more than one option available, going through each option and what each one offered, helping me to see that I didn't necessarily need the most powerful gaming rig, being more focused on helping me to see that my level of gaming could be more affordable.

I had a fantastic experience with the team at Tiger Custom Computers: I had them build a custom machine: from the initial meeting to picking up the PC, they were on top of things, and the machine I received is well put together, clean, and performs great: I'm nitpicky, as I used to build my own machines, but everything they did exceeded my expectations.

These guys are the most conscientious people I have ever worked with.
Matt Zaharias, the owner is great. He really thinks about what he would want in his own build, tries to get the best prices and doesn't mark up anything, charges a fair fee for the build, and does it fast.
The inside was clean, the computer runs perfectly.
He added cable ties, and various other components we didn't talk about to make it really clean inside.

I develop software, and needed someone to build up a few testing systems for me, with custom parts. I looked around, and believe it or not, it is hard to find a company in Seattle that will build a PC exactly with the parts you want.
But. these guys did it, and on a Saturday no less, and did a great job too.
I'm a developer who's built a lot of systems, and done a fair bit of sys-admin, and I believe these guy's technical chops are quite good.
But, that is not the reason to deal with them, in my opinion.

What a relief! Matt (the owner) just left my house after working some serious wizardry to remove a nasty piece of malware from my son's laptop. Here's what was great about Tiger Custom Computers: Matt replied to my email immediately, he made a house call for no extra $, and he was on time. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and gave my kids lessons on how computers work at the same time! Okay, I learned a lot too. He gave us great advice on how to avoid viruses in the future, and as a bonus helped us get our desktop computer running faster. I wanted to hug him! Next time
