My experience in this store was bad, the store was crowded and it seemed unprofessional, but I still decided to give it a try. My appeal is to replace it with a new keyboard, and the charge is not cheap. The most important thing is that I discovered a few days ago that there was a problem with the screen of my macbook. I got the ubreakifix in New York. The staff in the store are very professional. They opened the macbook for me and told me that the whole process of replacing the keyboard was not correct. The guy who replaced my keyboard before even didn’t help me to make the connection part of

Took my 11yo mac book to apple and another local place to be updated and battery replaced, was told by both places cant be done too old you need a new one. took a chance on CR and glad i did. Moe explained the limitations of what i had and what he could do for me. new hard drive and battery and im back in business, he added the whole microsoft suite also at no charge. great price exceded my expectations, thanks Moe

Over the past several years I have had 2 MACs repaired and updated, 1 HP laptop bought 2nd hand made new again, and 2 HP Pavilion towers doctored on several occasions for updating and fixing what we broke. All at phenomenally reasonable cost! Mo and Don are nice guys as well. I was extremely fortunate I chose CR a few years ago and will continue to entrust my computers to there terrific care. I am very happy to have found CR Computer Repair. I purchased a used computer from them about a month ago to replace my work computer that died on me. At no extra cost over what the quoted price of the computer was, Moe went above and beyond to get my existing hard drive working in the new (used) computer and as a result, I didn't loose any data and was able to keep my existing operating system and everything intact exactly as it was.
