I have been using Dan and PC Rescue for about 10 years. I recommend him to everyone. Dan is professional, knowledgeable and honest. He has always been straight-forward with me and has never disappointed. He actually exceeded my expectations more than once. He is concerned about his clients' needs and works diligently to see that they are satisfied. His prices are reasonable and service is completed in a timely manner. As the representative of a home that has used this service and Dan for 4 years, I stand behind this man being a professional, patient, respectful, and consistently courteous. I had made the MISTAKE of using Best Buy's Geek Squad and as they nearly broke my computer (they went to look at it, broke a processor by removing 1 end 'accidentally' and then the other end popped off & the college kid didn't know how to put it back, rather than nearly allowing them to send it to Kentucky, I went to Dan).
