I had problems with my computer trying to open up some of my programs. I brought it to 2 different places to have it fix but neither one could do it. I wasted 2 weeks with those places. I went back on the computer looking for someone else and found Mark, called him and saw him the same day. He is a miracle worker he retrieved all my information that was on the computer and I had it back working the next day. He did it in one day where the others couldn't do in 2 weeks. I highly recommend him.

On a homebuilt gaming desktop, I had maddening issues with a simple W10 clean install. Mark worked non-stop to isolate the specific hardware issues, until solved. Sometimes, when the internet experts and experience won't cure the problem, a professional is needed and Mark is the man for the job! I brought my laptop to Mark to fix a broken charger port. I am a realtor and rely on it heavily. Mark was glad to help and his service was great! He said 5-7 days, but had it done in 3 or 4. He was friendly and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend for computer repair in Middlesex County.
