If you're looking for a team that can tackle the complicated deals and work absolute magic then look no further. Michael and his team have time after time worked miracles and made deals work that seamed unworkable on the surface. Many brokerages just sit back and collect commissions, but these guys really earn their keep and deliver results you could not get on your own.

I wish there was a zero star rating. Sellers and/or buyers beware! This group and Melanie Greiner, BRE #02012021, specifically, are the most unethical real estate agents I have ever run across. Melanie forced her way into our 90 year old, disabled mother's home and tried to get her to sign a sales agreement at a significantly below market price. Fortunately, the caregiver called us and we were able to intervene.
When we confronted her boss, Michael Alladawi, BRE #01948460, he laughed it off as "good, aggressive sales tactics." Unethical and fraudulent are not the sales tactics
