I’ve lived in Zumbrota Minnesota for 3+ years and the rental townhome was great for me. I especially like the attached garage and the management was wonderful. I am now moving to Duluth Minnesota and applying for a townhome there also. I do hope they will have openings because it is my first choice for a place to live.

As a Current Resident of River Rock court in Kiel I've moved to this apartment complex on my own a year ago for personal growth and the landlady has been terrific, courteous and helpful for whatever I required . Very lovely apartments plenty of space peaceful and quiet . I recommend it to all the co-workers at my job that need to move

I lived here about 10 years ago, and after selling my home, this is the apartment community I wanted to come back to. Beautiful, well maintained apartments! I have lived at one of Premier’s properties Riverview Estates in Kiel WI for the last year or so. I can honestly say it’s been one of the best places I have lived in so far. Michelle has been an amazing. The application process couldn’t of been any smoother or faster! Our location is nice and quiet. It’s well maintained and we are plowed out during a snow events early enough to be able to get out in the morning on time!

Just got approved for Kennedy Drive Estates in New Holstein, WI through Pre/3 with Michelle as our property manager/landlord. The process here was better than any other place I've rented from! She was quick to give me a tour of the place in a timely manner and I instantly fell in love. As soon as I put the application in she submitted it right away and got my boyfriend and I approved after we just got denied for a different place. She was very understanding of our situation and I was up front about our credit scores and history. She assured me as long as we had the income and no current money in

Amy was incredibly helpful in going above and beyond to help me secure an incredible apartment. All new carpet, counter tops, paint. The place is everything I could have hoped for and more.
It's one thing to find a place you want to live in a great location, but to have respectful, kind, and helpful landlords really sets it apart from the rest.
Highly recommend working with these people.

Michelle was mine and my girlfriends person who helped us through our application process both times we applied. The first time was tricky and we sadly had to turn down an apartment. But second time was the charm. She was so helpful and understand really made it feel as though she cared about us and weather or not we got an apartment. I have been a resident of Paradise Apartments in Plover, WI. A property managed by Premier. My experience here has been Great. Whether it be a question, maintenance, or any need, they respond quickly and professionally. Deb, the Property Manager and Debbie, the Assistant Regional Manager have been wonderful. They were especially helpful during the pandemic, when I experienced difficulties in paying rent. They were quickly there to recommend agencies that could be of possible assistance. I would highly recommend becoming a resident at any of their properties. I know I'm glad I've made it my Home
