Rented for a year, garage door broke within 1st month and they never fixed it after saying they would multiple times, then took a portion of down payment due to garage being "dirty" and a few light bulbs being broke.

They are awful.
I was with them 5 years
Would constantly come in the place I was renting unannounced.. one time at 7 in the morning. Everytime without letting me know. Charged me 80 to fix a door knob. Highly suggest looking elsewhere 👌

Been w these guys for going on 3 years now and they have been great! Been a couple bumps in the road (we are all human) but it smoothed out very fast, fast enough to were they still get that 5 star rating!

I rented from them for almost 3 years never paid my rent late and when I moved out I left the house spotless. I relocated to a different state and next thing you know I get a letter from Brown County stating I owe them $2500 in damages mind you I have pictures and videos and was not able to make it to the court date because the notice was never forwarded to me so I didn't get a chance to appear by phone. Now I work hard on my credit and now they used credit management control to put this on my credit report so it's not only in Ccap. I dont care how clean you leave the place and they didn't even
