Provide the home inspector with the real estate agent's contact information as well as buyer's/seller's full name, address, and phone number(s). Be sure to contact Home Inspector at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled inspection if appointment needs to be cancelled or postponed. Make sure all of the following are turned ON for the Inspection: gas, water, electric, hot water heater, and refrigerator.

Piss poor inspection, very high price versus local competitors, incorrectly reported items on inspection. Charged for 4 point and wind mirigation, did not deliver 4 point report. When i pointed out the numerous errors, he responded with a long letter rather then offering to repair the errors.
