I am buying a home and did not want to invest in a "money pit" with endless repairs. I needed an honest and comprehensive evaluation of the property under consideration. Rafael was recommended by a friend. He was very accommodating with scheduling and did an extensive and thorough inspection. I had requested a 4 point and mold inspection in addition to the usual home inspection. I only wish that my own doctor would do as thorough an examination for me as Rafael did throughout the entire property.

We found him on google and so happy we did. Raphael arrived 20 minutes early and took his time with every detail of the house. We hired him to do a standard inspection, 4 point and wind mitigation. I reached out to PDF for an independent roof inspection. The inspector went above and beyond to complete the job due to inclement weather conditions. He completed an electronic detailed report of his findings and made himself available to answer any questions I would have later. This by far was the best thing I could have done before selecting a roofer to repair my damages. Top notch service that I would highly recommend.
