As part of a new generation of home inspectors, Gabe Hurtado is a licensed Home Inspector and Real Estate Sales Associate with extensive knowledge in the multi-facets of home buying. He performed 2,000-plus pre-purchase and pre-listing home inspections throughout his more than six year career prior to starting his own inspection business in 2014.
As a dynamic business, we are your one-stop-shop to an array of additional Services to consider including with your inspection. We proudly follow the Standards of Practices from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). BuildFax Reports are provided complimentary for single-family and townhouse/villa home inspections.

It's important for the inspector to remain focused to complete the necessary protocol, and then address questions at the end of the inspection or after reviewing the personalized report. Cost estimates are not within the scope of the home inspection, but are included as a courtesy to our clients. These figures are rough estimates, some items cannot be estimated due to the complexity of the issue.

If I could give more starts I would!!! In this time of buying a house, Gabe and team made this wayyyy less stressful and so easy. They were super quick to schedule and VERY efficient! Communication was great too! They were actually early to inspection and explained any and everything. Everything was so thorough and report back same day.

I enlisted the help of Impact to help me with my home inspection and wind mitigation while buying a home. Michelle who helped me set up my appointments was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.
