After coming across this review of the house we purchased in Rockport, Tx, I was appalled to learn of the review the previous owner gave as she got her money despite the numerous false information about the house and property. Time showed a number of inconsistencies but as a Christian couple we are to forgive and forget and move on. At anytime we the buyers called there office, if they weren't able to take their call, the call was always returned within 24 hours. We the new owners are happier than we ever thought we could be. We ended up moving our home loan to Tyler Home Mortgage after getting the run around from another lender, who did not treat us like a priority and was trying to give us a mortgage we couldn't afford while making us jump through hoops for weeks. It was a breathe of fresh air and incredible experience to work with Tyler Home Mortgage! After reading the positive reviews for Terri with this Mortage Co...I figured
maybe I was being too cautious...I am the owner of the home and why
on heavens earth the buyers picked this company when the home is in Rockport Tx.still amazes me.This was the worst experience ever,,,a total
nightmare..they kept changing closing date because they do not follow
procedure. We finally closed after 3 and 1/2 months. She(Terri) would
not even answer phone with any kind of update. I would never, ever,
recommend this mortgage co....They are good looking girls and probably
do well as hostesses in a nice club

Kathleen Wallace with Tyler Home Mortgage is efficient and knows how to come up with brilliant alternatives if you come up against some problems during the processing of your loan. We did a refi and our appraisal came in way less than what we had thought it would. Kathleen was able to walk us through having our appraisal reconsidered and it all came back in our favor.
