I would give them 10 stars if I could. My experience was absolutely great. Carrie provided honest upfront costs information, appraised me of market changes and advised when to lock in rate. All the paperwork and preapproval was a breeze. I have worked with many lenders in the past but this was my best experience. I strongly recommend Carrie for any refi. or a new mortgage financing. Carrie was my loan officer. Very professional and kind woman. She worked her butt off to get closing done in just a couple of weeks (which is nearly impossible). She was able to beat a competitive deal I was offered and wasted no time on getting the help I needed. I also liked how personable she was and how easy it was to talk to her.
Overall, Horizon was awesome and hopefully if you're lucky, you'll get Carrie assigned to you.
