DO NOT MOVE HERE. If only I could give negative stars. The place is, first, expensive. Too expensive for the area. The facilities are CONSISTENTLY falling apart. From bulges in my ceiling to leaks in my windows to, right now as I sit in my apartment, the heat being out. The heat has been out for three weeks and the only thing I was given to heat my entire 1bd apartment is a handheld space heater no bigger than my hand. The owner is completely uninterested in making any significant renovations and refuses to permanently fix problems. STAY AWAY

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst managed property. In the 10 months we lived there, 7 different people filtered through the leasing office. I had numerous packages stolen because they never gave the delivery services access to the building. We complained numerous times about our neighbors creating domestic disturbances and the response was that they were "not the police or social services" and therefore couldn't do anything. Who would ever agree to live in a building where your neighbors are free to fight 24/7. The one elevator was constantly out of service, renovations were

I live here for nearly one year now and had a good experience here. Manager is always helpful and the public area are always clear. Timely email response for any question. Definitely recommend this apartment.

Terrible experience!
Facilities are disgusting
Awful renovation of units. Craftsmanship was absolutely garbage.
Laundry room in basement is expensive, not serviced and have rat's nests.
The "new" management is not helpful and disrespectful.
Down payments will not be retuned unless you call and fight relentlessly.

Good location, but not the best management. Side doors are left open to the public, renovations were done shoddily, the $100/mo parking lot lights have never worked, the lines have faded, and passes were never even handed out, so random cars park there daily without penalty. Pretty low tenant standards, so be prepared for some bad neighbors.

I have lived here for almost 2 years, and with the new owners and property managers I absolutely love it here. Essential Property Management, the new property managers, are fantastic. They are very prompt and responsive, personable, attentive, and handle all issues really professionally. My mail is always protected in the office, they are always present when I have a question, and in the rare moment that I have a maintenance issue (once in 2 years), they immediately tend to the issue. The owners are really friendly and sometimes will provide breakfast or meet-and-greets, which makes living in the

Morgan who works in the leasing office has horrible customer service. Picked up calls ND ignored me when were in a mid conversation and acted as if she did not want to handle a small concern I had. Why should I put any money into apartment when they can't even have someone with decent customer service skills. Highly dissapointed.

Though they did some renovation, DO NOT GO. The foundation of the building is bad.
I wish I could give 0 score. I used to live there in 2013 and it was a horrible experience. I lived in the 4th floor and the roof was leaking heavily after snow. The carpet was socking wet in the living room. After 2 days of leaking, the building 'manager' came to take a look and give me a trash bin to collect the water flashing from the ceiling. When the manager from their company came to collect the rent I went up trying to talk to him and he just told the building manager 'I don't want to talk to him' then he

Forget shabby chic or "slumming", this is for the hipster who has to experience all the grittiness of Detroit while still have access to microbreweries, coffee bars, and gelato shops. This is an actual flop, uncannily real, yet strangely middle class. If it was any more of a flop it would be on a reality TV show. You wouldn't have to worry about rats or roaches, they live in better digs.
