My HP PC hard drive died and I took it to Torch IT and found out it was a goner. The repair was reasonable but the machine was already 6 years old so I bought a refurbished Dell 9020 for not much more than the repair. The Dell has a 3 year warranty. Daniel was very professional and a good communicator. Other than losing my info on the hard drive it was a great experience. Daniel transferred the info on my external hard drive and suggested I move to cloud storage. I will be going back to Torch IT for any future computer issues.

I highly recommend Torch I.T. took my sons gaming computer to a big name repair company and it sat there for over a week. they were never able to figure out the problem so I called torch I.T. and they were super friendly brought them my sons pc that same day and they were able to diagnose the issues that day and fix it the next. also super reasonable!

Simply the best IT people in town! Honest, friendly, reliable, trustworthy, professional, super fast, and VERY affordable! Great customer service! Saved our daughter’s laptop computer from computer death. They’ve also saved several of our friends’ business computers. We also purchased a great refurb laptop from them for a great price! I had bough a pre-built gaming rig and was a bit lost on what I could buy to in terms of screen and a SSD. Daniel was able to help me find affordable solutions and also switched over the OS to the SSD for me.
