Dr Zebel took time to listen and help me. I was scared and uncertain of my future health while during a aggressive round with the Delta- Covid. Age 51 I couldn't take full breaths, terrified, exhausted and 2 months later was battling it still. He was amazing and truly worked to help my body recover. This team is top notch! I highly recommend there care and services. Thank you! Insurance companies listen up there are actual options to drugs and masking symptoms or creating more side effects. Insurance needs to work to save lives and work with alternative care. Other Countries do it!

Dr. Zabell was very helpful in my recovery from both COVID and a concussion. He helped me understand my symptoms, why I felt the way I did, and what I could do to get back to normal. He was very accommodating of my schedule and did a great job of getting me in as soon as possible. You can tell he cares about getting his patients getting well due to the hours he works and the time he takes with each patient. I highly recommend going and seeing him and will recommend the clinic to others when appropriate.

I started going to Urban Wellness because I wanted to find a naturopathic doctor. Dr. Swanson has been amazing. He has worked with me on everything from back pain, to energy levels and gut health. The thing that makes them truly unique, is the array of therapies the use to keep you healthy. Dr. Zabell has hyperbaric therapies, IV therapies, massage, acupuncture, light therapy, chiropractic, and many other tools for getting you healthy and helping you stay that way. Cant recommend them enough.

I love this place! The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the practitioners are knowledgable and approachable. The acupuncture with electrical stimulation for my hamstring was great, and Dr. Zabell really took his time to care for and listen to me as a patient. I would definitely recommend this office to those seeking naturopathic or Chinese medicine care.

The Urban Wellness Group has a wonderful group of providers. I am grateful to Dr. Swanson for his quality care that makes me feel like a valued patient. He is very knowledgeable and good at administering the IV nutrient therapy. I always have a peaceful sit in the lounge while I get my infusion. I have felt great improvement in my energy and vitality. If you have suffered digestive issues, I highly recommend the IV therapy. The clinic has beautiful interiors and is very comfortable. I highly recommend the Urban Wellness Group!

I call urban wellness for an appointment and was told they needed to check on my insurance and would call me back the following week. Not only did they not return my call but when I called 3 times over the next couple weeks I still haven't heard back. What a bummer. I gave them some really personal information and feel completely abandoned.

Great team of practitioners. Dr. Zabell has an awesome bedside manner that makes patients comfortable and relaxed. They offer many natural options for treating pain. I was in a bad car accident that resulted in damage to my knee and a lot of back pain. The massage and acupuncture treatment helped to reduce my pain.
Dr. Zabell also referred me to specialists outside of Urban Wellness to ensure that I was getting the necessary treatment. Everyone in the office is really nice and it was great to have late afternoon appointments to minimize the time I had to take off work.
