We commonly have pharmacy students from the University at Buffalo as well as D'Youville College come and gain hands on experience at our pharmacy.
We also have a post-graduate residency program that is affiliated with the University of Buffalo. This program allows a recently graduated pharmacist to gain further clinical training and experience through our pharmacy.

We offer a wide range of compounding services, including veterinary, pain, hospice and hormone replacement therapy. We can help you understand and manage your diabetes with specialized monitoring, medications, and recommendations that can help you independently maintain a healthy lifestyle with diabetes.
We understand that managing diabetes can be a challenging task. Our pharmacy team has received extensive training and are specialized in supporting patients with Type 1, Type 2 and Gestational diabetes. We can help you understand and manage your diabetes with specialized monitoring, medications, and recommendations that can help you independently maintain a healthy lifestyle with diabetes.
Want to get a health checkup without going to the doctor? We offer onsite health screenings that allow you to get more information on your health without having to make a trip to the doctor. Our highly qualified staff can provide these screenings to give you more information on your health, health goals, and ways to reach those goals.
As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom. My mom had to get a PCR test done in order to be able to travel to Japan. MFHC is the only place that were able to do a nasopharyngeal swab after calling and asking multiple places. My mom couldn’t say enough good things about this place! The people here are friendly, thorough, and do everything with a smile. They explained everything professionally and always made sure nothing was missing. My mom’s circumstance is a bit different from regular customers, as she had a lot of requests that needed to be fulfilled according to government demands of

This is the greatest pharmacy.. Kind people answer any question.. I brought my husband home from hospital after open heart surgery, the pharmacy was closed called the phone number and the pharmacist came open up and got his medicine .. Won't see that at the other box pharmacy.. thank you Middleport Family Heath Center..

Family health center, but, no Mask enforcement. Went to pick up presciption and
Passed a girl employee...no mask. Gentleman entering script prep area...no mask. I'm 67 with underlying conditions and felt put at risk! What kind of family health center is this. Totally irresponsible, unprofessional and careless! You preach safety but don't practice it. Guess I'll have to find a pharmacy that cares about it's customers safety during these risky times. Shame on you! Oh yes, girl checking me out at prescription desk was very nice, efficient and wore mask.

Over priced. Pharmacy sucks. They fail to deliver. Then when they don't have your medicine they don't bother to call you and let you know you'll just show up get a partial script. Then they'll tell you they'll have the rest the next day, so when I drive out of way the next day you think they'd have my prescription? NOPE! Think they'd bother to call and let me know so I don't waste my time. NOPE! And if this was only once it'd be forgiveable but its every month anymore. Avoid this place. I'm changing pharmacies.
