As a realtor, Michael is my go-to inspector for my clients and has been for the past 6 years. He is very thorough and explains things in a very easy to understand manner which is hard to come by. I've experienced many other inspectors but nobody compares to Michael he is the best out there in my opinion.

Has Michel do a home inspection on a house that my mom put in an offer on. He was detailed, professional and very personable. He took the time to explain his findings and the report was sent with detailed pictures and written instructions on issues found. He followed up to make sure we didn’t have any questions. He was reasonably priced and I would definitely use his services again.

Michael was a fantastic inspector - incredibly thorough and helpful. Not only did he point out all the issues and areas he found, but he also provided practical, real-life context as to which things I'd want to fix sooner rather than later, and which things were less of a priority. He explained everything as he went through it, giving reasonings behind what he found and ways to make improvements. I appreciated his candor, kindness, and practicality - it was like walking through a house with a knowledgeable uncle. Weber Home Inspection Services was quick to respond to my home inspection request and was accommodating to my schedule so that I could attend the home inspection! They were upfront about the cost of the inspection, so I knew exactly how much I would be paying. Michael performed my home inspection. He was on-time, professional and detail-oriented! He explained things clearly and within the same day was able to provide a thorough, full inspection report! We are purchasing a unique home and were recommended to use Weber Home Inspection Services. I am so happy we called! Michael had lots of experience building the type of home we purchased and knew all the quirks to look for. I appreciate that his experience is vast in building and inspecting homes. The price was extremely reasonable and he was so great to work with. He more than welcomed us to follow him during the whole inspection, ask questions, and be shown how he does all of his tests. He went above and beyond just pointing out flaws and gave us a personalized education in home maintenance as first time home buyers.
