I have been a patient here since I moved to Burlington 20 years ago. I was always happy until the last few years. Wait times are horrendous. It seems like every time I go for an appointment it is a 2 hour process. I am here now and my appointment was for 945. It's 1025 and I am in the room waiting for a doctor. I will probably sit another 20 minutes. I would expect some priority after all these years but I guess customer loyalty doesn't really matter now that they are so busy.

I've been going here for years. I normally have no issues and doctors do well along with the assistants. I recently decided to do contacts instead of glasses and it seems like we just get it together with my contacts, either they not strong enough or the brand is very irritating so I'm getting frustrated Abit with tryna find what's Gona work but they have been truly patient and the doctor is really trying to see what works for me with wearing contacts. I pray we get it together and find the perfect match sooner than later.

I’ve been coming to this establishment for over 20 yrs. Specifically, Summer goes above and beyond for her clients, she’s exceptional. Both Dr Levy and Dr Greenberg are amazing. You know they are compassionate and care when they know you on a first name basis. I would highly recommend Dr’s Eyecare Center!

My wife was seen in the office for vision issues and Dr GreenBerg and all the drs are very compassionate and listen to the patients concerns and take care of the issues on hand. We appreciate everything that has been done from start to finish and getting right to the point. Now we are finally getting my wives medical conditions taken care of so we can live a happy healthy life. They are life savors.

Very pleased with the quality of eye care I received. i have not been to any eye doctor in about twenty years. I really liked the option for the digital retina image. It was easy and I am glad I had it processed. The level of care that Dr. Levy gave me was professional, simple, relaxed and realistic. I was pleased with the level of cleanliness in the office and of the office staff's attention to detail. Kelly was fast, efficient and helpful in choosing glasses. My eyes were dilated (never experienced this before ) and she gave me a protective sun screen to use while driving.

I've always had a great experience here. Going in for an eye appointment can cause some major anxiety, however the staff is friendly and welcoming. They are promt and take you back to be seen by the doctor close to your appointment time. Patient care is top notch. I'm particularly pleased by the ladies at the front desk, one in particular Summer. She always greets you with and she is the best with helping you understand your insurance coverage. I'd recommend them to everyone, even for children.
