As a Philadelphia native, Dr. Chuong graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree before she went on to graduate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is very passionate about providing high quality eye care to her patients, and her training from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry has prepared her to provide comprehensive eye exams for the local community.

This place is awesome! Everyone is super nice - from the desk to sales to the techs and docs. This is our 3rd year with them and we couldn't be happier. Appointments are quick without feeling rushed, and they are incredibly accommodating if you have specific scheduling needs. Ordering lenses is a breeze, and they never pressure you into buying anything you don't need. Very glad to have found them!

All around wonderful experience at this place! I was overdue to get a vision test and their front desk accommodated an appointment quickly.
Dr. Jane Yoo was quick yet personable with the appointment. She explained everything out to me and I felt confident with my prescription results based off the way she talked me through it.
Tasha was the bomb with helping me find a new pair of prescription sunglasses. She gave me honest feedback as I tried on many different shapes and brands, while making me laugh along the way.
10/10 recommend them for your eye needs!

Tasha greeted me with cheer and made me feel at home.
I asked for help with financing glasses, and she accommodated me, offering pay half now and pay half on pick up.
Dr. Jane had excellent professional demeanor. She seems to enjoy what she does and made sure my sight was paramount.

My whole experience here was great from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and professional, the optometrist was so friendly and thorough with the exam, and Natasha was seriously so great with me. I am new contact lens wearer and she was so patient the whole time teaching me while I had a hard time getting them in.

Today was my first time at Trend Eye Care and my experience from beginning to end was a pleasure. The exam with Dr. Chau was quick and informative. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very personable. After my exam I was on a search for frames which took quite a while because the floor offers a huge selection to choose from and I'm indecisive. I finally found the perfect after getting some helpful feedback from Tasha. The checkout process was great as well.

The service here is very good. They staff are very quick and efficient, and the appointment was very thorough and effective. I got a new contact lens prescription, and the optometrist did great at nailing down the correct prescription for me. I definitely felt like I was in very good hands. Also, I got to see some images of the back of my eyeballs and the optometrist said I have a very health optic nerves which was something I'd never been told before but was somehow reassuring to know anyway. They also gave a coupon for buying a year's supply of the contacts I tried. Awesome place.

Dr. G not only impressed me being a black female eye doctor but her knowledge and feedback was so on point, understandable and helpful. Her staff Malik was only a great example of customer service times ten! From greeting me too the processing of the paperwork. He was professional, knowledgeable and very welcoming. The people that work at Trend Eye Care are professional and were very patient with my daughter. However we ordered two pairs of glasses. Both with anti-glare and transition. One came with both and the other with none of the options. My 4 year old is just getting use to wearing the MuraFlex glasses and being told they have to ship them back for this option to be added and she would be without glasses for two weeks. Very disappointing!!!!
I would think I would be offered another option so that my daughter does not have to be without glasses for two weeks.

I had not been to the eye doctor in several years, and wanted the routine dilation. When I was offered the new new tech exam, I declined it because it WAS EXTRA. I was not told at the time that I either pay extra or I don't get an eye exam at all. I also do not appreciate you using my review as a promotional opportunity. If I would have been told in the beginning that I either pay the extra amount or I don't get my eye exam, I would have gone else where. And the whole process of dilating eyes has

I'd love to give a 5-star review but I simply cannot. I ordered two pairs of glasses, one of which is progressive. I've had several pairs of progressive lenses over the years and I golf with progressive sunglasses.
I'll not outline all events- bottom line, my progressive lenses were created where the prescription is only in the middle of the lenses. If your eyes move, you cannot see, I took the lenses back twice, each time being told I have to get accustomed to progressives. The second time, I made it VERY clear that progressive wasn't the problem that I wanted the prescription

These folks here were really great here about helping me. I walked in and was worried that my eye exam wouldn't be covered by my insurance. But, they were SO kind, called my insurance company, and we found out my exam was covered. Dr. Belfer was also so great -- the most thorough exam I've ever had! Loved the customer service, and I'm excited to recommend this place to people and return myself!!

I visited Trend Eye Care for my annual eye exam and got way more than I expected! Initially I was a bit skeptical after I made my appointment through the phone. The guy promised to call me back to tell me about my insurance coverage but he never did.

Was here about a year ago and had a decent experience- liked the optometrist. I did find them to be pushy with the designer lenses but over all not bad.
Today I checked on time, and 15 mins later asked if the optometrist was running behind. They said there was still another person ahead of me waiting to be seen, and it would be another 25-30 minutes. They stated they were being due to walk ins and some other schedule changes... but I find it frustrating they taking walk ins delayed my appointments.
From a professionalism perspective, people who work there are clad in jeans and sweatshirts

My husband and I stopped by at about 5:30pm tonight to browse frames. Since they close at 6, we assumed we would have to come back to purchase our chosen frames. Jessica signed us in and managed to squeeze my husband in for an eye exam due to his expired prescription. Then proceeded to stay with us past 6 while we chose our frames and ordered our new glasses. Btw, We tried on a whole lot of frames. She never came off as annoyed or trying to rush us. Shhung out with us the whole time and offered suggestions- felt like I was shopping with a friend. I said they have my business for sure and I wasn't lying! Just a little over my yearly checkup, and yes my vision increased slightly. Of course I had to pick out a new frame.
I said the blue box doesn't disappoint. Which only meant, I went with the blue box, again. Ok, I did try on other style frames but it didn't fit my face well. Tiffany's style was perfect.
The staff was still just as friendly as my first visit there. Many new faces and they still deliver top notch service.

After 5+ years of ignoring my slowly weakening eyes, I finally made an eye appointment. My plan was to get a regular eye exam, and then to use my vision insurance to buy (or more likely subsidize) a pair of glasses.
My SO made an appointment for directly after me so we went together at around 3PM on a Sunday. We filled out a few forms when we got in, and then we browsed glasses for the 10 minutes it took for the Optometrist(? or Optician?) to see us.
