My Hispanic husband was completely ignored today, 11/10/2021 The black receptionist didn’t ask him anything, like “do you have appointment?, which he does, or “how can I help you.?” She just ignored him. Then a black customer lady came a couple minutes after him and as soon as the black receptionist seen her she asked her how can she help, what’s her insurance blah blah blah. UNPROFESSIONAL !!! I called to make an appointment right when they open to make sure I was the first person seen and when I got there, the doctor arrived 15 mins late and they decided to see another person before me that didn’t even have an appointment. Then 45 minutes after my appointment time I was seen by the doctor only for him to tell me that I have to go back outside to do some testing that could’ve been done while I was waiting but since no one read my file now it was going to be an additional 30 minutes and then to get back in line to see the doctor again. They can and will talk to you nicely, but when it comes to their follow through they fall short.
The first and last time I was there was about 3 years ago.
I believe they still handle my parents, but it's just to get their glasses updated from time to time they are simple in and out customers with minimal talking.
When I went in with my mother to help translate as well as get an eye exam I was told I possibly have glocoma, and should get and my eyes test for it. In the mean time the glasses I asked to have scratch resistance on it came to me with scratches on both lenses and had to be sent back

I've been seeing dr. Trinh since I was young and mind you I'm 20 yrs. Shes a family eye care for me and my family for years. We love her and dont go to anyone else for our care, for she known us for so long, she knows what we need and our medical needs. There was a time she was late to the office but I didnt mind at all, great environment to be in staff is very kind, dr trinh is so very kind and sincere she offered to take me out to lunch but I turned it down because I wasnt upset at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me find glasses. The store itself, is very busy. However, they try to ensure that everything goes along smoothly. Also, they try to explain the whole process clearly so that I know what it is I'm paying for since I don't know anything about ordering lenses. Dr. Trinh is also very friendly; I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

It’s the end of the year and I needed to use my vision benefits. I spent the late morning calling around trying to see if I could get an appointment with an Optometrist. I called Eyecare Vision to see if they had any available appointments today and I was told that I can come right in. I arrived at the facility which is a small store-front office. Although the office is small, they carry a nice selection of frames including some designer brands. Monique was very helpful and patient assisting me with selecting my new frames. I would recommend if you are looking for an eye doctor in the Olney area

Both times I was left to wait 2hrs after my apt. time. Today the rep. Left me and another customer in the office to go pick up the 2hrs late doctor. Ob top of that they could not provide my son with children size glasses. They kept handing us girl glasses and said oh well this is what we have. And we can bend them to his size. I do not recommend this place to anybody.
