A private lesson is where you, or you and a partner, will have 100% of your instructor's attention. As no two people learn in the same way or at the same rate, private lessons are the absolute most important part of learning to dance. While group classes are an important supplement to private lessons, it can be difficult for your instructor to help you individually when something isn't going as planned.
In our country dance classes you will have one instructor teaching a group of students. You can come with or without a partner since, in country dances classes, there will be both leaders and follower so that everyone gets a chance to dance. This will also allow you to meet new people, make new friends, and learn to lead or follow different partners.
Let us show you how fun and easy learning to dance can be! Get your first private dance lesson for only $15! Whether you are single or a couple, young or old, a beginner with two left feet or an experienced pro, we'd love to help you reach your goals. Your introductory private lesson may be scheduled by appointment 6 days a week (weekdays from 1pm to 10pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 6pm).

My wife and I did a week long vacation in the Houston area and figured we would hit a local country dance club one night. In a google search for clubs, Country Dance X came up. I figured I could use a lesson so I booked a lesson online and the next day I got a call from an instructor named Thomas. He asked us exactly what we were interested in and I liked his polite demeanor on the phone so we set up a private lesson. Michael and Brittany are fantastic instructors. They break the steps down in to easy digestible segments and always keeping it fun. I often warm up with a private lesson with Brittanie then join Michael's group class afterwards. I also enjoy their practice parties and outings as well.
