My car would not start. I called my insurance man, he called Moorman's to have them tow my car. They arrived when they said they would. The gentleman called me when he was about 15 minutes out. He was very professional and kind. He was very careful with getting my car on the pull rack. I was very pleased with the whole situation. Thank you for your service.

After seeing all the good reviews from Moorman’s I chose those them to work on my front end of my car after getting hit. From towing to the paint job I was thoroughly impressed and timing was impeccable, Dan kept me up to date with everything. I Will definitely return for any further maintenance, I highly recommend them to anyone.

We were on our way to the Columbus airport to catch a flight out of town for Thanksgiving when our car broke down in xenia.
We called AAA and they told us that it would take an hour for a tow truck to get there, I explained that were on our way to catch a flight and would wait for the tow.
An hour and a half later, no tow truck, no call, we called AAA back only to be told that it would be another 2 hours. We were screwed. No way we would make our flight.
I called Moorman's, almost hysterical, and explained the situation...they were there in a flash! Not only were they polite and professional

I had to have some front-end damage repaired on my Jeep after an accident. The tow truck driver (I don't remember his name) was very professional and polite. He stood by patiently as my wife a I removed personal items and groceries from my Jeep and put them in her car.

Great service. Mike called as soon as he soon as he was sent my info and gave me a perfect eta, showed up on time and took care of my tow. Three other providers were supposed to have been there and each of them failed. "A Towing Service" was supposed to be there at 8 am and didn't show up until 5:30 pm. Another service claimed they did show up and couldn't find the van and I didn't answer their calls. These guys, a subsidiary of Sandy's Towing, right there when I needed them, nice truck, clean and professional service and generally made it all better. Thanks again Mike, you're my hero!!!

My car stopped on me and I was stranded on the side of a busy highway. At first, I called another tow service that never showed. So after more than 2 hours wait I called Mormans and they arrived within 20… minutes, as they said they would. They towed my car and gave me and my puppy a ride to my house. Two days later, You Know Who I Dialed! Moorman's was called to tow my car to an automotive shop. Both tow operators were kind and very efficient. Thanks guys!

Hands down the best auto place I have ever dealt with. Dan was nothing but awesome he treated me like he had known me my whole life. He went above and beyond! I can't thank him enough for his help I wrecked in Ohio but I was from Va so I knew no one local! He keep me in the loop the whole time! I never worried!
