I called for a tow as I was stranded on 675 and the lady that answered the phone seemed as she had no idea what she was doing. I asked for an eta and she said she had to call the driver and would call me right back. 20 minutes go by and I dont hear anything back so I call again and the same lady answered and told me that she needed at least an hour and a half to let me know when the tow driver would arrive. At this point I'm frustrated and called another tow service who set me up immediately and told me exactly when the driver would be there. I set a tow up with them and then proceeded to call

We needed our car towed from a church parking lot to the scrap yard under a time constraint. So we called the day before to schedule the right time. I got there early in case they were there to be ready at the scheduled time. When they weren’t there 15 minutes after the scheduled time, I called and was told the dispatcher would check and call me back. 10 minutes later I still hadn’t heard, so called again. This time I was told all the trucks were out and it would be 20-30 minutes more. After 30 minutes, I called again. It went to voicemail—which it never had before. Instead of leaving a message

While visiting some family members I had a breakdown in the early hours of the morning. Although they were busy on another call and said I would have to wait up to 45 minutes, in reality a tow truck came in under 20 minutes so I was extremely pleased. The truck was very clean unlike other tow trucks I've been in and the driver was polite and friendly!
