I have my car towed with them all the time and they do not put oildry in the cars they use buckets and the drivers always verry perennial

Total Towing LLC. Towed my vehicle and when i received it back my shifter was broken i called them they admited manually overide shifting my vehicle. Because they did not have the keys but they were in the truck witch does not have a overide shift and my shifter is broken now witch was not broken before not professional at all

Quoted me $65 on the phone ended up paying $114.04 for him to drive 6.5 miles!! Took 40 minutes to load up my Odyssey onto his wrecker truck!! Just absolutely ridiculous!!

Charged me over 100 dollars to tow my car 6 miles. Had no choice since they were the closest to me but I will never use them again.

I would rate no stars if I could. They came to tow out van through AAA and when the driver was pulling the van onto the flat bed his chain shifted and it cracked our windshield wiper fluid reaivouir. The drive told us when we got back to the house so I took pictures before letting him drop the van and he said he was sorry and suggested us to just use some putty to patch it and then he said he would not that it was damage during tow.befroe I signed the paper that the van was towed and I called and talked to the Owen 2 days later and he wasn't helpful at all and then said it's only $60 bucks and

Do Not ever use them! OHSP call them for a accident and they put all debris including oil dry inside of car!! Rude as %$$% 1 star is to many!
