I've been working for ALH Podland for over a year as an electrical subcontractor. They always act in a very professional manner. They are always quick to get the call in for any repairs for their tenants. I've never heard any complaints from any of their tenants. I have been renting with this company since August 2018 and I am very happy with the service thus far. Maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner. I can access my account and requests easily online, and my rental property was kept up very nicely prior to my move in so it is a beautiful home that I have yet to require much maintenance. I am very happy so far!

I've been a resident in an ALH Podland property for about two years, and my experience with this company has been nothing but stellar. They treat their residents like family and are always available to help. Their properties are well-maintained, and they have always been quick to offer a real fix whenever an issue (like a roof leak) occurred. As long as you're ready to treat an ALH property like your own home (with respect and care), then this is a fantastic property management company for you.

ALH is a great group of landlords. I moved into the residence and most things were already taken care of. When I called to have other repairs made they never wavered on what to do get things up and running again. Elizabeth and Marina are the most pleasant and professional property managers I have met. Kindness is not a requirement for this job, but they have been very kind, personable, and helpful to me. Thanks to Marina, Elizabeth, and Michael!
