Devin is a great Leasing Coordinator. He is professional, sharp, attentive and kind. I am so grateful to have connected with him.🙂 . Vivian, the Property manager is nice too. Kailyn was patient and attentive when I expressed to her the work needed to be done in the property. I have some maintenance issues with the new property. However, I'm sure they will be resolved.

I was extremely interested in one of the rental homes through this company. I spoke with the office on December 18th, they advised that no one could show the home until the 21st. I scheduled the appointment with all of my contact information, showed up to my appointment to meet with the agent (right as my son was finished with his infusion 45 min away). Rushed to the home, no one showed up to meet me. I called the office only for them to tell me they had already rented the home. Someone else actually showed up at the same time as I did to also see the home. Everyone in the office was confused and

I really appreciate APPM and the awesome job they do managing my properties! They've managed my rentals for 3 years, and they're really great to work with. Every member of the team is extremely professional and responsive, and they're great at anticipating in advance and managing the many details needed to keep the leasing, inspection, maintenance, etc. processes on track and successful. They've consistently secured and retained great tenants, kept vacancy to a minimum, generated excellent market rates, and had fast turnaround completing maintenance items. Just finished a remodeling job on my rental property that APPM manages. It turned out wonderful & is already leased out to a nice tenant. Thanks to Kaitlyn, who came by for a move out inspection & gave some really good insight on small improvements that would make the property more appealing. Also thanks to Devin the interim Group 1 manager back in the office that's learning on the go, who was very informative on the processes. Although the call backs weren't as prompt as I would have liked, I do realize they are busy with other properties & usually did get back to me in due time. Also, appreciated

I believe the charges for that we pay to Atlanta Partners are a very good value. Especially when repairs need to be made for our renters, they would notify us and have their maintenance department take care and the prices for repairs were very reasonable. We were very pleased with having Atlanta Partners Property Management take care of our property.
