I highly recommend this innovative practice. The service was friendly and professional; The office is beautiful and relaxing. I was provided with the perfect alternative to traditional medicine to remedy some pains that I was having. I have personally worked with Dr. Scherina and Dr. James over the past 2 years and they have grown to be two of the most knowledgeable and trustworthy chiropractors I have ever met.
If you are living with chronic back pain then chiropractic care in Orlando might be a good treatment option. I found IWC online as I recently moved from out of state. I’m so glad I did! My 2 year old wasn’t sleeping from the change of moving, and my own body was in shambles from moving not just my family but my mother as well. We were not in good shape! But the team at IWC took us in and cared for us.. they treated us like family. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the doctors are nothing short of amazing. I had such a wonderful experience at IWC! I live in another state and had heard such great things but unfortunately didn’t have a network spinal practitioner in my area. Plus I heard so many great things about Dr. Scherina that I knew I wanted to work with her. I did the 3 day intensive experience since I am from out of town. Each day was so different and I felt so much each time. I had emotional releases and felt so much realignment in my spine. Plus everyone who works there is truly so kind! What a great experience!

Pregnant mamas, look no further. This is the place you need. I’m 6 months pregnant with my first baby and IWC has been my saving grace. I began pregnancy with migraines, anxiety, constipation, severe hip pain, and ligament pain, and after working with Dr. Kasey & Dr. Scherina, every single one of those symptoms have been either significantly lessened or resolved completely. Dr. Sherina’s care is unlike anything I’ve received before; her practice, her staff, even her own essence is SO warm and inviting! Every time I step foot in IWC it feels like a big hug that is followed by the most loving facilitation of my healing. To make matters better, the staff dotes over my children and they have someone ready to watch your kids so you can be fully present with the work that is being done on you. I highly caution anyone from visiting this practice. From the very first phone call phone I made to them I made it overwhelming clear I was only interested in the traditional chiropractic services they offer and I was in no way interested in the spinal network services. I told them on that very first phone call that if this was a problem, or if I would be pressured for spinal network once in the office, I would keep searching for a different chiropractor. I was told on that call “oh of course that is not a problem, you can just do normal chiropractor visits.” That was not true. I showed up

I was referred by a dear friend who had experience with this practice. I spent a little time getting to know them and the process, and share my goals with them. We crafted a plan to move me in the direction I was aiming towards and began to execute. Through the process, I've found the entire staff to be incredibly supportive and assuring, and the work I've done with Dr ScherIna has stabilized me in deeper ways than I anticipated. I’ve been in Network Spinal care for 4 years, usually averaging about once a week. Even so, I sometimes forget how instantly powerful entrainments are. It constantly blows my mind. I can walk in feeling down, confused and low energy, and walk out 30 minutes later feeling refreshed, energized and open hearted- as if I had a week long vacation or… really long nap.
And NOW they even offer massages with the super intuitive and skillful Brittany! I got a 90 minute massage with her and I felt like the effects of it lasted than any other massage I’ve ever gotten. She’s amazing

I absolutely LOVE Dr. James and Dr. Scherina! Dr. Scherina helped me during my pregnancy with entrainment. I experienced so much discomfort while pregnant and left every visit feeling so much better! She advised me of things I could do at home in between visits and they helped tremendously! I also attended workshops the office provided on the… weekends to learn more about pregnancy and other things FOR FREE (although not all classes they offer are free)! Dr Scherina is absolutely amazing! She is an incredibly talented practitioner. I traveled over 6 hours for her care and I will absolutely do it again! Her family is also so positive, welcoming and beautiful! I’ve visited 30+ chiropractic offices and this is one of the most beautiful and welcoming spaces I’ve experienced. I cannot recommend her Integrate Wellness Center enough!

I cannot recommend Integrate Wellness Center enough! I've been visiting Dr. Scherina and Dr. James for what... two or three weeks now? and have already seen significant improvement in not only my pain levels, but my health and well-being. The atmosphere is accepting, calming, open, and positive - I couldn't ask for anything else. Coming to this office is a treat and if you're even thinking about going, commit and DO IT!

Telling my entire story with them will only lead to happy tears. I absolutely love this office so much, and everyone there. They are so wonderful and understanding to my David. They were a huge help in finding,… pinpointing, and treating my little boys scoliosis curve, and pain from the pressure in his back. They always make him feel so surrounded in love, and safe to be himself.
