PLEASE do not use this rental company for your vacation stay because of the psycho property manager does nothing to acknowledge the infestation of cockroaches. When addressing the problem she yells and screams at you and will never give you a refund. I have read numerous other reviews of her and they all say the same thing about her and her company. Even the owners will not return your call back on the problem. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS OR TEREA ZIMMER! We stayed at 8312 surf dr in Panama city. This building is infested with roaches that happen to come home with us!! Absolutely terrible! Terea is argumentative and hostile! She would hang up and disregard your problems then LIE and say she never received them! We reached out to the owner of this house just to get a response. She is the worst! We are not the only ones that have put negative reviews about her, this place or company. Read the BBB reviews on her also! Beware!!

Before check in process we had asked for a list of essential items that would be needed to be brought with us. It took days before we received a response. It was never told to us that items such as toilet paper, trash bags, coffee filters, dish soap etc. would be needed. The previous review from tenant that stayed at place in June is totally correct. There were cockroaches coming from the vent in the ceiling. We had asked T. Zimmer about it and she totally denied it. Just outright lied to us. House was nice, very clean and nice location . We stayed at The Bear House. Only complaint was the noise in the evenings and night. Loud parties and music from neighboring houses and street. Nice and flat for my elderly grandmother on a walker. Property manager could use some training on customer service. She was very rude on several occasions. Seemed irritated at any questions (when traveling with 12 people, there are going to be a few questions). All in all a good vacation for our family.

The service is terrible and the staff is rude. The staff admitted that they knowingly lied to us about the place being renovated. The condo we rented from them was in horrible shape. The staff would not even bring batteries for the t.v. remotes despite us contacting them 8 times. Please save your families money and book a vacation rental through anybody else, you will be glad you did.

This is both a 1 and a 5 star review, read on. I am an owner who used Them to, as they call it , “manage” my property. After 3 years of using another company that charged too high of a percentage (50 percent is high, but in hindsight was cheap by comparison to these people). In the first year my rentals dropped by 76 percent but later I learned, they had rented the property but pocketed the money. I strongly advise not to use this management company. The owner and staff are very unprofessional and rude. From the beginning of the booking, the company never followed proper steps to send us the payment schedule and instructions. It wasn't until I contacted the third party booking company that I was able to get someone to call me back. In addition, they charged wrong amounts and incorrect CC.
When I called and spoke to the manager, she got extremely defensive and angry. She didn't want to help me, she only wanted to yell and call me a liar, and she canceled our reservation. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

This company is amazing to work with! I have enjoyed staying in their rentals! Every stay the home was very clean, in good working order & fit the description on their website. One time a toilet was running upon arrival, they had their crew come and fix it within the hour on a Saturday night! Booking has always been easy as well. I am a highly picky vacation rental client, and finally happy I have a one stop shop in PCB! Wish they were in other areas!

Let's just start by saying, I would give it ZERO stars if I could. Never have been so disappointed on a family vacation before. For the first time ever I'm having a bad experience. I booked a 3 bedroom condo stay for my family and I, to only see that EACH room was FILTHY. The master bedroom bed had hair in the spreadsheet and BLOOD. The second room with bunk beds had horrifying sweat stains on the pillows and mattress. The third room had nasty hairs in the spread sheet and carpet was nasty. Management is even worse as they had nothing for us ready even when we came to the office. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Very disappointed with See Ya At The Beach Rentals. I called to book a three bedroom condo for my family of 9 and was successful with the reservation. At the time of booking the representative stated she would send us two emails, the receipt of payment and confirmation. We never received either one. All weekend I tried calling and the phone was unanswered. I left messages and no one called me back. The following Monday, I called again to check the status of the emails only to find out that the condo that I booked was reserved for another group and that I was moved to another unit that did not have

Absolutely terrible. Most unprofessional experience I've dealt with. Our check in was at 4 pm... We did not get to check in closer until 5. Although this could have been ok, we were being avoided and ignored all day while we were trying to call. After voicemails were left, we still didn't even receive a call back. No apology for the late check in. If it wasn't for the cleaning lady walking out to tell us the code to the condo, we would have waited even longer. Terrible customer service. Extremely unprofessional. Flat out rude. Never again would I book through this company
