We loved our stay here! The room was fantastic, roomy , clean, plenty of towels. The walk to the beach was very convenient, great pools! The only inconvenience I guess would be that they don't have a hot tub on property , and the small eatery/bar charges way too much for their drinks. Other than that we will definitely stay again!

Perfect location for families. Our 2 bed/2 bath Condo w pull out couch was PERFECT for our family of 5! This is away from the main strip of PCB and way less crowded on the beaches and streets, but only a few miles away from the attractions. We will definitely visit again! I highly recommend B305!

We had 2 balconies!! The Biggest Balcony faced the beach and in the 2nd biggest Bed Room, we had a smaller balcony, that also faced the ocean and the beach but, more private!!! The money was very well spent!! Great Security. Even for us moms that never, get to have a drink, there is a Store, it has frozen drinks or drinks on the rocks. (That was neat) The same Store, made Awesome Sub Sandwiches and pizzas ect. (very delicious) to feed the kiddos!!
Last year we had a 2 bedroom and this year we got a 3 bedroom!!!
I would tell anyone to stay at The Dunes of Panama City Beach .. It Was Very Clean

So At first glance it seems like it's nice and then it's time for bed all you have is a papier-mâché blanket from the airplane and two small pillows that are completely flat! I asked for a blanket the following day they brought me another papier-mâché blanket out of a bag from a gift shop ! No paper products we had one roll of one ply toilet paper and The utensils are bare minimum if you're going to stay here make sure you bring your own stuff beautiful views but everything is pretty dingy reminds me of the 90's when I was a little kid! I think that's the last time

The best places to stay while in Panama city beach. The staff in very friendly, the grounds and property is very clean. I can't say enough about this place. We have stayed other places down here but this is our favorite. We have been staying here for 12 years now and we love it. It great for families and couples. I always feel safe here and the rooms are always super nice. Security, maintenance and all are friendly. This is very laid back and not a wild place to stay. We stay in 408B and it one of the nicest units have have stayed in. You are in driving distance to everything and some within walking

These are individually owned condos so you have to do some research online first. Your experience is going to depend on how well the condo owner takes care of their property.
Personally mine was great (Unit 2005E). Washer/dryer, high speed WiFi, dishwasher.
The balcony facing the water is worth the price alone.
My family had a great time and the location was perfect. We will be back.

As others have noted, the building is a bit dated...but who cares?! Our individual condo is BEAUTIFUL and the pool and other facilities are great. How much time is anyone planning on spending in the lobby or elevator?
There are three pools but for whatever reason the masses go to the "E" pool and the "C" and "D" pool are mostly deserted. There's also an adorable shuffleboard deck, the "Sneaky Tiki" drink/snack hut on the pool deck, and a super cute restaurant/convenience store, Suds Wheezer.
There's also a lot to be said for a smaller building

I'm not sure why this complex has only earned 2 stars. The staff is helpful and so pleasant! We stayed in building E. The condo was beautiful, the complex quiet and elevators were fast. The sandwich shop downstairs is good but a little pricey. (But aren't all things on the beach?) This has been the most restful vacation ever. Only thing I would like to see changed is that both levels of the parking deck can be used

A group of us stayed at this place last March. While the room itself wasn't half bad the staff and organization was awful. Before check in we went to two different offices that had conflicting reports on policies. On top of that they'd didn't have the correct password for us to get into our room. We did eventually figure it all work out and the rest of the trip was enjoyable.
The biggest issue I had with them was upon my return. The booking was split between two different credit cards. One was used to book the room and the other was used for the security deposit. We were told that

Just ok - dated - elevators had some repair needs and not to mention, both need ventilation! Pools are too crowded. They erected a "swing set" on the beach and it ONLY had a regualr swing - one - and a baby swing - one. WTH? They advertise on their website kids activities - but if you're looking to have your child do something besides swim, you're SOL. Our unit had a broken a/c. Not nearly enough towels and bathroom smelled awful. Would much rather be in Destin or another coastal village - PCB is still very redneck and that doesn't look like it will change soon.
