Country Inn River Falls

First room, no dresser. second room TV not working. third room fine. all concerns addressed promptly

I love the pool, but the pool is incredibly cold... theory is that it takes extra heat to heat up the hot tub so the pool isnt heated that well. Due to the pool not being heated up that well it actually hurts. I'm a bit bummed because the first few times I had to myself, but now I'll need to find a different pool that actually keeps the pool warm!

We stayed in one of the adventure suites and the kids really enjoyed the loft bed and the staff was great. Breakfast was equivalent to most of the large chains. But the room smelled like a wet dog, there was no sleep timer on the television, the fan in the bathroom did not work, one of the bulbs was burnt out in the bathroom, the mattress was pretty much worn out, the AC unit at the end of the hall on the first floor was making a whining noise the entire night, and the room could use an overall sprucing up. The racking on the wall was interesting but I question its actual usefulness in a hotel

We had a group of about 12 and the hotel was very accommodating to let us use the meeting room for our gatherings. They were friendly and helpful also. The continental breakfast was fine too. The town was fun to explore.

Room was nice, could not use the pool or jacuzzi due to maintenance issues. Breakfast was good. The people working there were very nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

I rented a single king room that ended up being a suite. Had two rooms, one with a second TV, couch, and recliner. For right around 100 dollars. It was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, staff was friendly, and it was quiet.

Country Inn River Falls exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, you are family when you stay here. Also a great location for vacationing around the area with lots of recreation. Fantastic breakfast variety as well, the waffles are my favorite!

This hotel is so great! Awesome staff, ownership, and facility. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Their locally-themed rooms that focus on accommodating local attractions like mountain biking, hiking, and fishing are super unique and really cool! Highly recommend!

No elevator. Kind staff. Nice beds. Curtains needed towels added to be really blackout. Generally quiet. Breakfast ... meh. Pool water looked a bit funky. All in all i would stay again.
