I wish that we could provide 5 stars for our whole wedding experience, but it has dropped down to a 1 star since no one has resolved the issues that I have tried many, many times to resolve over the 2 and a half months it has been since our wedding. I sent this to their manager, Alex, at the Lowell Inn as well as their sales team, Judy and Amy, but I'm just assuming they are refusing to respond at this point in time. I don't know who the owner is, but I would like to talk to the owner and send along the issues that we experienced.
This was the last communication that I received,
"Taryn,

It was a fun time at a hotel that reminded me very much of the finer European hotels. Not snooty, but simple. Good, caring staff willing to work with us on unusual requests. The only issue I had was something outside of their control. They were short staffed, so those present were pretty overwhelmed with such a large party.

I ordered take out Thanksgiving dinner only.
😥 Well...went to pick up my dinner. Drove 20min there, 20min back. Then no HD parking available so had to park 3 flights up a parking ramp and walk down and over a block to the place. Then I was ignored for 15min. After coming home, food was ice cold. Veggies not cooked at all, didn't get any gravy or stuffing. No salad like they said just 3 pieces of lettuce w/o dressing. Roll was hard as a rock, and the piece of pumpkin pie was just crumbles. The turkey was just pieces and gizzards. I called them and all they could say was sorry, do I want to drive

My wife and I stayed in one of the "Romantic" rooms. The room is small, but beautifully decorated. Furniture is very vintage, so the bed was very firm, the bathroom sick was chosen for decor style, not for function - but it is part of the aesthetic. We didn't realize going into our stay that there was no actual bathroom door, just a curtain. Again, a choice made for the feel of the room - but cuts into the "romantic" feel a little bit. Also, the front door, which is just a few feet from the bed, has a large frosted glass window that lets in a lot of light from the hallway so we ended up hanging

Beautiful room. We stayed two nights and very friendly hotel staff. We ate at the restaurant for our anniversary and the waitress was super nice and good food. Very clean and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is worth it. Would definitely book here again. Super easy to get parking in the lot next door and to get it validated.

Very charming! The room we stayed in was beautiful. Loved the chandelier in our room and the ones throughout the hotel. Very easy check in and parking validation process. Parking garage connected directly to our floor. Perfectly placed in the heart of Stillwater. Extremely affordable, especially compared to surrounding hotels. Will definitely stay here again!

What a gem this historic inn is! The prices are very reasonable for such a gorgeous room we had. Room 223 in the old historic wing. There is a newer wing, too. So very clean and lovely furnishings, towels, etc. The lobby has photos of the original inn, and the lobby alone is worth seeing. The Inn has a restaurant but it wasn't open on a Tuesday. It is very pricey though, I checked the menu online.
The employees behind lobby desk are so friendly. We want to go again. Stillwater is stunning, and with a place like the Lowell Inn for lodging, you'll never want to leave.
