When I called with a minor issue Brett responded immediately and was able to handle it much faster. As a small business owner I am often on my own and find myself adrift in unfamiliar and potentially dangerous seas. With marketing for clients, researching loan option and processing/closing loans I had my hands full. I needed and expert in Data Security and Brett helped me install a secure document transfer and storage system so my clients' information would be secure. I have had the pleasure of being in the Denver Jewish Chamber of Commerce with Brett of IT1 for the past 3 years and at every meeting I hear positive shout outs for Brett. I had never needed his services until I recently. I have been fed up with my expensive computer having issue and my extended warranty not being honored as a result of the pandemic. I called Brett to ask if he could help me with my back up system so I could send my computer in for service and he did one better.
