My car broke down a day before my flight and I was in desperate need for a ride to the airport. I called Estella Express and she was quick to pick me up, the ride was smooth, great conversation, and great price. Definitely a 5 start experience. I am a student at Eastern Michigan University. I needed to attend a convention in Lansing for the weekend, but I don't have a car on campus.

To be avoided. Ordered a taxi to the airport several days in advance. Reservation confirmed that day and again the day before the ride. Got a call half an hour before the pick-up time confirming she was on her way. Then received a call that she couldn't find the address and never did turn up. Later excuse was that she didn't get the information from her "dispatcher". She agreed that she had all the info required when we made the reservation.
