MedSync is a Michigan-based non emergency medical transportation company. Working with clients on a scheduled basis we offer predictably dependable non-emergency transportation services (NEMT) in Ann Arbor, Canton, Plymouth, Ypsilanti, Metro Detroit and the entire state of Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois.
Living in Michigan and requiring the aid of a wheelchair and the need for wheelchair transport services, can at times be challenging. With a comprehensive service area we offer wheelchair transport to the entire state of Michigan with a centralized focus on Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Canton, Metro Detroit and the greater South East region of Michigan.

This was an incredible experience among a super stressful time in my life. Jay showed up at the nursing home the exact minute they told me they’d be there, professional, friendly, and helpful. He gently and respectfully got my mother and her gear along with mine( I rode along at no charge) into their sanitized and comfortable air ride van and away we went.
Jay was extremely friendly and professional and set off on our 7 hr trip from central Ohio to northern Michigan. The entire trip our wishes came first, rest breaks etc.

Wow!! This long distance transport company is amazing!!! I hired Med Sync to transport my mom who needed specialty equipment to transfer her from michigan that no one else did. They transferred her out of state about 800 miles away and they performed way beyond than any other company I called. I could tell that Medsync was the right company. The dispatcher was really informative, helpful, provided me with resources advice and so much more… I must have called 10 times because I was so nervous about my mom. With only about 40 hours to figure out how to get my loved one who was recently hospitalized and wheelchair-bound from the hospital to the airport so she could get to her out-of-state home, I found MedSync through Googling. This service went above and beyond. I can honestly say they were so friendly. So accommodating with my dad and had no issues driving further then normal to help him. Even when they got there and my dad didn't have a key they called triple a to make sure my dad could into his house. This is an amazing company with some above and beyond staff. Thank you medsync

Ali and Jay are very helpful, caring and professional. They gave us an affordable rate and exceptional service in a time we needed it most. They were there for my father when other companies/hospital denied service due to him being COVID positive. Jay was very professional and arrived right on time to transport my father from one hospital to another. He helped my father every step of the way and made him feel comfortable. Jay even made sure my father was in good hands when he dropped him off in the ER. This is an amazing company and they truly care about their clients. I highly recommend them!

I have been using MedSync regularly now for more than seven years. As a lifelong Wheelchair User with several medical conditions, who cannot drive I've used many services, both Public and Private, to meet my transportation needs. I LOVE MedSync! The drivers and staff are very reliable, helpful and compassionate. I especially appreciate their willingness to travel to places other companies won't, and to work on Sundays.
