I have been here twice now for repairs to my vehicles, body work, and have been very happy with the customer service and the quality of the work. I had an issue with a minor portion of the new bumper they put on and with no question ordered a new one and replaced it. I highly recommend them for any service work. They also offer loaner vehicles if needed.

I have been a very satisfied costumer for many years! This time they truly went above and beyond. After coming out of a store and finding my bumper dented, they were able to bump it out for me and charged me very little. And the bumper looked like new. I didn't need to call my insurance company! Thank you for being so honest and doing such a great job!!!

We've taken our cars here for years. They are sure to do a great job on the repair. They've given us a car to use when they have one available (without cost I might add). Don't know of another collision shop willing to do that! My only criticism is that they won't do shoddy work (use inexpensive parts)... so if you want the work done properly, this is the shop for you. Also, they are very honest about your repair.

I have been taking my cars to Colonial Collision since I have been driving. Very professional, honest staff. Recently took my Durango in, due to a Michigan deer attack...they did an incredible job! Looks great, like it's fresh off the showroom floor. Highly recommend this collision shop.

Just wanted to check in to report a very positive experience I had with Colonial Collision. It turns out there was a defect in one of the after-market parts used to fix my 2009 Honda Accord. Colonial really stepped up to the plate and demonstrated the issue to the supplier, who provided a new part in response. I really felt like they were on my side working through this issue. Thanks to Tammy at Colonial for being so great to work with.

This is my second vehicle I have had repaired at Colonial and they do very nice work.
Recently, my F150 had to be repaired and they went over and above putting it back together. Very good communication by the office staff and even though the insurance company wanted them to buy all Chinese replacement parts, Colonial would only us genuine OEM parts.
Very good experience and I would highly recommend them.

I do not typically take the time to write reviews but I was very impressed with my experience at Colonial Collision. I was referred to this business by a colleague that has taken all of their cars there for years but I was a little skeptical because of previous reviews. I can assure you that Don & Steve will do a great job explaining what repairs need to be made and what the turn around time will be. The outcome exceeded my expectations. The bump out, paint job and all the extras were done to perfection AND on time. The only regret is that I did not take a before and after picture!
