Has completed running his scans on the ECU of the 2006 Honda Accord. The scanning software tools at his disposal are up to date, extensive (which includes all American and Foreign cars (which include Japanese made cars), and is costly. His conclusion as to the underlying issues for which the car was brought to phil76 in the first place for are as follows:
1. 4 of the 6 cylinders are misfiring

4/13/2021. Car drop off.
Explained the problem up front, sputtering engine and no acceleration on a 2006 honda accord v6 with no accidents and well maintained. 4/15/2021-Car pickup.
4/17/2021- Return to office in person to discuss same underlying problem not corrected as promised and agreed to. Saturday. Rude and disrespectful rodney in office at the time.
4/19/2021 Car drop off monday morning again with neighbor/ friend in attendence.
Car picked up later same day.
To make a long story short, and taking them at their word, a new complete brake job, a new battery, and $1,200 later, the same

Rob and Rodney treat us like family. After many years, and trying many different service/mechanics, I can honestly say they are the most honest and fair company out there. We have four family vehicles and they have serviced them all. Most recently they helped us out of a difficult situation with a car accident. I recommend Phil's 76 for everything from a new battery to brakes - they've done them all for us and with great service and prices.

I paid $105 to have my car towed 10 miles....$75 for a hook and $3 per mile.... on top of that, you have to ride with the tow truck or find a ride to follow the tow truck so you can pay him when he/she gets to the destination. This business does not accommodate you in any way in a situation that's already stressful. I will not use the company again unless they come up with better prices and better customer service.

This place is great. Anyone who hates on it clearly was having a bad day and feels too entitled. These guys are straightforward, honest, and hard working.
They always get the job done right and that's worth every penny you spend.
Dont come here looking for a handout or some corporate deal that screws over local businesses. If you want to support corporate overlords, then shop somewhere else.

Oddly enough, I didn't actually end of using these guys, but I MUST let everyone know how professional and helpful they have been this morning. My son is on his way to an interview and the roads are AWFUL this morning due to last night's snow. Son called me at work to say he's gone off the road and is stuck on a sidewalk. I called Phil's, told them the situation, expecting to hear that it's a 2-hour wait for a tow truck because -- again -- the roads are really bad today. Hands down these guys are the best. No BS and totally honest. I felt completely satisfied when I picked my car up and had no concerns about anything. Rodney is so helpful and cheerful he just made my experience all the better. I’ll definitely be going back for my routine maintenance!

If I could give these guys zero, I would have. And it is not U-Haul, but "Phil's 76 service" that operates Auto Repair and Towing service and as a side business rent some U-Haul trucks.
I was trying to rent U-Haul cargo Van or something 9-10' long when U-Haul reservation service called me back and offered assistance, but they did not find what I waned in their closest location to me "Phil's 76 service", but she was kind and wanted to make it convenient for me, so she offered 15' truck with discount to match cargo wan, $19.99 and $0.59/mile.

Phils 76 Service, services and maintains my fleet of 8 trucks. There mechanics are very professional and care about the work they do. No job is left undone. They use all brand new parts to assure your vehicle is serviced the proper way. I have never had a bad experience with any of my trucks when there done being serviced. For time efficient and quality realiable work this is the auto shop I recommend.

Phil's is an excellent, trust worthy establishment, the staff are polite and honest. They gave me an accurate quote for necessary repairs to my vehicle, the quote was explained to me in detail and the work performed timely and to my satisfaction. I expected nothing for free and I got exactly what I was quoted. Made feel very welcome.

Customer service is beyond horrific!! I dealt with 3 different employees (receptionist, mechanic, and I think the manager or biller) and they all had attitudes. I also did not get my calls returned and had to call back repeatedly to get an update on my car. I understand not everyone agrees all the time but I do expect professionalism. This was quite lacking. I felt so disrespected as a woman. I have never encountered this and am stunned this could happen. I felt like I was in a 3rd world country where there were no rules. Do not for any reason let your car be worked by Phil's 76. I paid $540 for new intake manifold gaskets and when I picked up the car it hardly ran. They were very rude when I complained and when I finally insisted they messed it up they found vacuum lines they hooked up wrong. The car ran good for about 2 weeks until the engine blew up (rod knock). They let anti-freeze or old gasket material into the engine that got into the oil and destroyed the rod bearings. I had a good running car and now I had to junk the entire car. Never in my life have I seen such rude people. I even asked about the

Car broke down and we called AAA for a tow to a nearby car dealer. We were informed that Phil's 76 would be responding within 60 minutes. After over 2.5 hours and multiple calls to AAA trying to find out where they were, they finally arrived.
I explained our frustration with the wait and let him know that I had missed my son's high school basketball game because of it. The driver did not care in the least. He asked if I called Phil's directly. When I indicated that I had called through AAA, he said it would be much quicker to call them directly in the future.

February- Winter at it's worst!! Snow piled EVERYWHERE, we're in our trusty 4x4 Explorer: me, Hubby, and son. On the way home, we get stuck in the biggest, baddest, meanest snowbank you could ever imagine.We called AAA Emergency Roadside Assistance. They contacted Phil's 76 Service in Northville. Not too long after we made the call for help, here comes Our Saviour in a big ol indestructible towing truck -KYLE!!! The Knight in Shining Armor, The man with the plan. He was so friendly, helpful, awesome to talk to, assured us he would take care of us, and he made good on his word
