After spent more than $600 dollars to replace lower control arms, the clatter noise doesn’t get better. So I went back to ask if they could take a second look and I was told I need to pay additional $99 for inspection. I was shocked as the first inspection before repair was free and confirmed by Brandon. When I told the guy it was free and he insisted no inspection was free and he asked me how many years I drove. He said he already did me a favor to check the battery as it should cost another $49 dollars. I said the email I received from AAA states your shop would do a free battery check for

Brandon was informative, genuine, honest, patient and thorough. I have a Wrangler with 162,000 miles on it, and it was tired and had been acting up for months. It now runs like it did when I bought it almost 9 years ago. Brandon made sure I received the coverage I was entitled to under what is now my second extended warranty. The parts and repairs that weren’t covered under the warranty were very reasonably priced. I have also trusted them with my daughter’s car.
