Services
FLMA is an enhanced and comprehensive preschool/kindergarten/daycare exclusively for kids ages two months to six years. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00am-6:00pm. Our Mission Statement is: "We strive to achieve excellence through education by exceeding all other traditional standards and following the principles of respect, love and hard work."
We believe children learn best when every aspect of their development - cognitive, physical, social, and emotional - is nurtured. Our Whole Child Education - based on the Montessori Method - focuses on early literacy, logical thinking, problem solving, social understanding, physical coordination, creativity, and positive character traits, such as sharing, cooperation and self-control.
With today's busy schedules, it s difficult to get our children to the various programs like Amazing Atheletes, Spanish class, Karate, Gymnastics, Music & Dance (Music Mike), Learning French etc., FLMA offers an enriched program for all the above with instructors that specialize in working with young children.
Folsom Lake Montessori Infant Care Program is known for its individualized care and attention. Our primary goal is to make sure your child is safe, happy, discovering and learning all about the environment. As for you, the parents, we provide an assurance that your child is taken care of in the most responsible and beautiful learning environment.
This is the time when children use their bodies, senses, and emerging problem solving skills to learn about and make sense of their world in the ways most meaningful and effective for them. Dr. Maria Montessori was one of the first educators to recognize that the first few years of a child's life are critical to the development of personality and intellect.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
We enrolled our 3 year old who was having trouble speaking here to see if it could help him start speaking when he is around kids of his age. We could not continue after first week because of poor personal hygiene in the place. He vomited for two days and fall sick for a week. We discontinued after that incident.

I love Folsom Lake Montessori the way they take care of the kids and love the kids as their own kids. Everyone in the daycare are very nice especially Mumtaj, Nadia, Danielle, Tina, Vasu and Uma. My daughter never unhappy when I leave her in the morning times. It gives me peace of mind when I work. Thank you very much for all you did for my kid.

Our son goes to this school since Jan of this year just when he turned 3 years. Before that we tried him different schools near by but we noticed a huge difference. The management, the teachers, the staff are really amazing. Institute director Ms. Uma who is a PhD holder in Child psychology understand the needs of every child who comes to the school. She personally takes care of going into every class and connects with every child and gives her best attention. All school teachers are really very nice and take good care of children. Especially Ms. LeeAnn, Ms. Samantha really go above and beyond
