I have 3 properties with RPM and had them since 2017. Daryl and his team are very informative and good gait keepers between owner and tenant. They do a good job with trouble free transitions with tenants, great explanations, advise and direction when needed with tenant issues. Highly recommend.

We only have good things to say about this property management company and each and every member of their team that we have dealt with to date. From our first conversation with them when we were looking to put our home on the market as a rental, through and including them finding and placing a lovely family in our home, coordinating repairs when needed, and communications with us at every stage, whether by email or phone. I was a little nervous due to stories I had heard about poor property management companies but we have nothing to worry about now. They take very good care of us. Highly recommend
