J.D. Brown was able to get a medical bed to our home same day requested. My friends dad is coming to live with us and he is on Pallative care. We were in a bind and they came through for us. This was unexpected and they made the transition and transaction painless. Thank you for this support!

I'm from Aurora and these guys are the only one in my area for edema garments on Medicaid. Stephanie Umek measured my arms and legs to order the right size for my lymphedema garments. It took 5 weeks to finally get the right prescription from my doctor faxed over. She made many phone calls and stuck it out. So happy she did, because I need these garments. I had a very good experience here. Try them and see.

The best place for consumables and disposables, prescriptions, and advice. Jill is very helpful and kind. There is compassion and empathy in her demeanor. I found that it is a pleasure working with J. D. BROWN PHARMACY.

I do all of my CPAP and related supplies business with J.D. Brown, even though I live about three hours away in Chatham, Illinois (a little south of Springfield). I have always found them helpful (especially Dave) when I have questions or place an order, whether in person or on the phone, and they are more than willing to mail my order to my house. When it comes, it is always exactly what I needed and ordered.
Previously, I had to use the company (Apria Healthcare) dictated by my insurance, which is in the running for the world's worst run business. This company would routinely take forever to

I wanted to thank Mary from JD Brown. There was a discrepancy on a piece of equipment that I rented and the date that it had been returned. There date showed my returned was one day late (which would've been a whole another month being charged). They were gracious enough not to charge me. Certainly won't hesitate to rent more equipment if needed. Thank you Mary and JD Brown!

I found out at 4:45pm on a Wednesday from my vet that my pet bird was in need of oxygen therapy in order for me to take her home from the animal hospital. I googled & called several places, most of which either didn’t supply oxygen or were closing at 5:00pm. Not only did they accept the vet’s prescription, but they were able to fill it immediately. They were also kind enough to take care of me right before closing at 6:00pm (it was the soonest I was able to get there between finding out at the last minute from the vet, trying to find somewhere that could help, and driving to the far end of

Wouldn't Even Try to Help Me! I called my insurance company to find out what I needed to order equipment from here, since they are covered by my insurance. As soon as I walked in the worker told me I needed something that the insurance company specifically told me twice they didn't need. She told me she HAD to have it because the insurance required it, even though I told her I had just called the insurance company that day. She hadn't even seen my insurance card to know who I had or what kind of coverage I had so I find it strange that she already knew this. Very rude, unwilling to help. I will

I live within walking distance and use JD Brown for postal service needs and basic pharmacy/convenience store supplies. Sometimes I find great deals on useful items. Post office workers are always very friendly. Nice to have a local place to go for this stuff.

Called to order handles for a wheelchair I purchased from them 8 years ago. Two sales people: Dave and Nicolas—to busy to call me back. After inquiring if perhaps they don’t sell to the public, Courtney promised to follow up —then she failed to call me back. Two weeks this insanity went on. Wow! I guess JD Brown doesn’t need one more customer. (Deplorable customer service.)
Dave, I added your contact info into my phone so that I wouldn't miss a call back. What are the odds I would miss 4 attempted phone calls? And no voice mails? Wouldn't that appear strange to you when no other callers

I have used this stopped many times. I was thrilled to realized I could buy medical supplies for my Mom, and then my Husband, and unfortunately now for myself.
These people are always helpful, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. I am thrilled to have them in my town.
They have a service that will deliver your medication, and medical equipment to your door. Their hours may not be as convenient as CVS, or Walgreens, but I don't have to get someone else to pick up my meds for me.
They also have a postal substation in the building that covers almost all services the past office does, and they smile
