I’ve gotten my meds from a range of different pharmacy businesses over the years (mail order, big chains, etc.), and I can confidentially say that I’ve never had such a positive and convenient experience than using TeleScript. It’s such a luxury to be able to be able to easily reach and get in touch with my pharmacy, and most importantly, feel listened to and cared about. Also, the price of all my medications is substantially less through TeleScript than what those same meds had cost me at Walgreens and CVS. Keep it up TeleScript!

What a breath of fresh air! The pharmacist at Telescript makes everything SO easy. He transferred my prescriptions from Walgreens and texted me when everything was ready for pick up. He even has covid rapid tests in stock. No more waiting in long drive through lines, this pharmacy offers easy pick up and FREE delivery.

Great service & free delivery VS 20 minute wait & no service.

Recently I had a to pick up a prescription at the Deerfield's Walgreens. It didn't renew automatically, so I called it in. Several days later I went to pick it up and Walgreens was updating their system and needed information I gave them earlier. It took 20 minutes on a day I did not have 20 minutes. I asked for a manager, with no help.

So I moved the prescription to TeleScript that has notified me of when the prescription is running out and has free delivery. I would much support a local Pharmacist trying to build

Over the course of the past five years, I've seen the quality of customer service diminish at the big box pharmacy near me.

TeleScript Pharmacy is reminiscent of the neighborhood drug store of yesteryear, in the best way. Pharmacist Brent is knowledgeable and personable. My prescriptions are always delivered in a timely fashion. Communication and Customer Service is consistently excellent.

Run, don't walk to transfer all your prescriptions to TeleScript Pharmacy.

Have been using TeleScript for several months and I’m so impressed! We were with out insurance for a bit and Brent went above and beyond when my son needed medicine for an ear infection but it was also super pricey. He calls, texts, and follows up-absolutely amazing service! Highly recommend!

The owner/pharmacist Brent is a great guy. There were no long lines or waits, mixed up prescriptions, or issues with insurance or payment. You you even get to talk to the pharmacist directly versus a pharmacy tech. Service like this is hard to find in the day of corporate owned chains.

Telescript is the best pharmacy out there! Everyone should use it! The doctor is great. The service is great. Free delivery, no hidden fees. They are always on time. They can use savings coupons. Why do you want to drive to a pharmacy and wait in line, when you can get free home delivery?

I live downtown in Chicago and this is the only pharmacy I will use. Not only do I like to support a locally run business, but Brent (the owner and pharmacist) is the most friendly pharmacist I've ever encountered.
