Ashland Health has exceptional customer service and they truly care about your needs. I have been in search of a DME provider as the primary one that was contracted with my health insurance, (UHC) had been a nightmare!! I am soooo glad I found Ashland who provides the exact DME that i wanted and the representative, Carmen Cardenas is an angel on earth! She is quick and responsive and very easy to work with. If you are a first time mom looking for DME, look no further and reach out to Ashland Health, and if possible, ask for Carmen, you won't regret it!

I cannot say enough great things about Ashland health. I called them after struggling with my insurance to get a nebulizer from my infant daughter with a respiratory infection. As you can imagine, I was very anxious to get the nebulizer and was told by two other companies that it was impossible to have it delivered the same day. However, the service at Ashland was incredible. Jennifer in the pharmacy department handled everything and the nebulizer was delivered the same day. I highly, highly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience with Ashland Women's Health! My OBGYN contacted their organization on my behalf with my breast pump prescription, within a day I got a phone call letting me know they had received the prescription and that they had made contact with my insurance company. The very friendly customer service rep requested my email to send me out literature for their products so I could be prepared to make my selection once the insurance had approved the order. I cannot recommend this service enough. Everything has been completely stress free, explained step-by-step and handled with aprofessionalism that is rare now days.
I took a long time picking through my options, asking questions, even chatting the ear off my representative! Nothing was too small or large for them to address and as an expecting mother whose husband is currently deployed, this was just the best experience.

I have had a wonderful experience with Ashland Health!!! They helped go through my health insurance benefits to get me the items that I need for when my baby is due! They also went above and beyond to let me know about my tracking of my package because I unexpectedly had to leave town and let me know when and where it will be. I then contacted them a few weeks later to see if my insurance covered more than just pumps and were willing to send in the appropriate paper work to try to get us what we need! I will be letting anyone I know to use them and would use them over and over again!! Thank you

They went beyond and above my expectations and got me a wonderful, easy machine to use for pumping. Im so greatful that this company got it to me in a quick and no hassle fashion.
