So I’m posting this because I know first hand how bad this facility is . When it was Bon Harbor to now nothing has changed. I have two daughters that work there . They work short daily …. They deal with all types of rodents ….. you can never get anyone to pick up the phone even when it’s an emergency. So tonight my daughter refused to take care of 30 residents alone . She called the scheduler Tammy to see about getting some help and this is how the conversation turned out . She’s supposed to be a professional and this is how she talks to her employees. Something needs to done about her

I had to give this facility a one star due to I can't write anything...so here goes...I worked here, I've worked a overnight, this facility has cockroaches, has mice that crawl over the nurses station while nurses are trying to chart and do there job, and during this covid-19 a resident has head lice, now you tell me how if they can't go anywhere how do they get it? All nurses are going elsewhere, upper management lies to there employees, no appreciation for there nurses or aides, and lots of drama between all the above, I would never allow my family members to live in such a nasty facility, 2

Recently, I joined the team as the Director of Marketing and Admissions. It’s been a wonderful experience and the family atmosphere is the best reward to the position. Everyone is treated with the upmost respect; while so many positive changes are occurring within the facility. Looking forward to many more exciting days ahead in my career with Twin Rivers Nursing and Rehab.

Penny Galbraith of South Hall is mean and lacks the compassion and empathy required of a nurse. I wouldn't trust her to take care of my loves ones. Take your family to another nursing home.

They have called me several times giving me updates about one of their patients. I keep calling back telling them that I don't know anybody who is in their care but-- Greg, Dorothy just fell. They said she is ok.
