Pressure should be placed on the gauze pad that has been put over the extraction site for one hour. If the bleeding continues new gauze should be placed and pressure applied for another 45 minutes. If you are supervising children who have had an extraction done, make sure they don't bite on their numb lips or tongue (it can cause serious injury to their soft tissue).

This practice cares more about you having a healthy smile rather than the money. Understand, I've been a dental assistant for 6 years to know who is a good dentist that will not just tell you anything but tell you the truth on what you need to know maintain a healthy oral hygiene. I have to make a review about Dr. Roshe and the whole staff. YOU ARE AMAZING! GREAT TEAM! I found hope when no other Dr. Would actually help me, they were just interested in draining my insurance. I had braces for a little over 5 years at another Dentist office, until I got tired of them moving everything around and not addressing the real large gaps and baby teeth I had. It's hard to review a dental office since it's never fun going to the dentist.

1. Communication- The office communicates very clearly via text message and phone calls when your appointment is.
2. The dentist, Dr. Roshe was very efficient and to the point. I have to admit that they wee very nice. What I didn't like was that it was more a "sale" than anything else. Lots of promotions while getting care. I also didn't like the curtain that separated the rooms( due to privacy issues). The dentist that evaluated me was very impersonal. Kept dictating to the assistant what I needed but really didn't talk to me after the evaluation to tell me the plan of care. Felt rushed by the dentist and will not be going back .

I received a claim from my insurance detailing the cost and coverage of all procedures that were performed. Per the claims document, my teeth cleaning and procedure were covered 100%. I found that interesting, being that on the date of service, I had paid OUT OF POCKET for BOTH. It was also interesting to see on my claims document that Roshe Dental had billed for a porcelain crown fused to a metal base, especially considering that my crown was a PORCELAIN

Went for promotional x-rays, cleaning and consultation. Before booking appt. I was assured that I would receive a copy of the x-rays. Again, I was assured of same when confirming appt. Once in the chair I asked the dentist about the x-rays, his answer was that every dentist does them his own way and he was referring me to another dentist. Oddly, he did continue to tell me how he would proceed with my dental work even though he gave me another dentist's number. Located in a tenement building on Bainbridge Avenue, you wouldn't expect this dentist office to be anything spectacular. However, when you get inside , you're greeted by friendly and professional staff. The facility was clean and welcoming. I was early for my appointment, but they were able to see me immediately.

Came here because I found them on yelp. I'm usually extremely scared of the dentist but I needed to go, doctor rothe was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Brittany, the receptionist was also very nice! I have made an appointment for next week Friday to get some fillings and a root canal done, and it's at an affordable price without insurance. I have had many unpleasant dentist visits . I can say that I have been here twice and both visits went well . I didn't have a long wait time . The office is clean and up to date . The staff is friendly . I tend to get anxious .... I don't like going to the dentist BUT Dr Roshe is extremely personable , professional and informative . He has a great touch my procedure was painless. I have found a new dentist and definitely recommend . They have after work hours too . Parking wasn't too bad and there is sparking lot 2 blocks away

I love Dr.Roshe and his staff!!! Dr.Roshe is very professional and does phenomenal work. I've been going there for a little less than a year and he has fixed SOO MANY issues with my teeth that other dentists dismissed. Finally my root canal tooth is no longer visible to myself and the world.
