Services
We don't use an automated phone system - You will speak to a knowledgeable live person when you call to ask questions or schedule appointments. You will only get a machine if the salon is closed or if all lines are busy. Honest Pricing - No sales gimmicks, no hidden costs. Our team is split into different levels based on training and how long they have been in the industry to offer pricing for any budget.
The primary goal of our salon company is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team and to offer several options for our guests to meet their needs and budget. Guests may choose the stylist level that best fits their requests from skill set to budget. All of our prices are at a starting point based on our team of stylists.

First time guest and LOVED it!!! Michelle is AMAZING! I needed something gorgeous yet simple for my wedding this month and she rocked it! I showed her an inspiration picture and it came out better than I imagined. Michelle went above and beyond with conversation and making sure I was taken care of. Her assistants were so friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be back after my wedding to spice up my hair even more!

Went to Bombshell for the first time last week to get a balayage and a haircut after reading the amazing reviews. Had scheduled an appointment with Michelle. I got 20mins late because of the construction surrounding their location and already called ahead and let them know I am running late but as soon she saw me she gave me a condescending eyebrow (with the attitude to match) and told me she would not be able to do my hair color. She then proceeded to tell me that even if I was on time she would not be able to do my color so the appointment was not set up correctly in the first place - definitely

My GF has used this salon a few times now. Each experience has had major issues. They are always behind in appointments. You will be waiting forever. They have zero time management skills. In a previous visit My GF got her hair colored and they destroyed her clothing in the process. We had to go through numerous people to get a form of compensation for the damaged clothing. On our last visit They ran 25 minutes late again...even with an appointment. They make up their prices as they go along. My GF went in for a simple trim. They charged $71 and like always pushed products on her. A simple trim

Every visit I have with Bombshell gets better and better. From the friendly greeting I get walking through the door to the relaxing shampoo (that reclining chair is to die for) all the way until the blow dry and beautiful feeling I get. Michelle is so understanding with what each person wants. I typically try to arrive early so that I can ensure I have enough time to talk with her about what I want, even go as far as messaging through her Facebook business page before so everyone is on the same page! At this point, I usually just give Michelle an idea and she delivers an exceptional color and cut
