Although we allow walk-ins all day, it's always great to hold a place in line with an appointment! We keep our stores fully staffed to avoid any delays for your cell phone, tablet, or laptop. Spectacular service! Spider cracked screen on an 8th generation 10.2" iPad. Called for a quote, which was significantly less than the Apple Store quoted, and was told it would only be a few hours to fix. That's exactly how it went! We weren't in a hurry to pick it up, so we went back for it the next day. Eddie was our point of contact and was super professional from start to finish. No tricks, no upsell, no surprises. We will absolutely call on iRepairIT again immediately for whatever repairs we need.

I had an excellent experience at this shop! Both, Eddie and Evan were very informative when it came to what I should know in regards to repairing my phone. Their attitudes were extremely pleasant and I appreciated that.. I left the phone with them in the morning and a couple of hours later the problem had been fixed! If I have ANY type of problems with ANY of my electronic devices, this repair shop will be the FIRST place I go to! Awesome work!

Great experience. 10/10 would recommend this place. Have done business with them 3 times for my bent ipad broken screen phone and my unresponsive Apple Watch and every visit i get good service from them they fix my device quickly and efficiently at a fair cost. This was the only place that had a pixel phone screen in stock. My phone did get dropped in water and they did tell me of possible water damage and that they were going to clean and test it before actually replacing the screen. Sounded good so that if there was damage internally there would be no point in repairing the phone. Got it back the next day and they did test it in front of me, but when they made a phone call with my phone it went through because it was on tmobile wifi. He did say the sim was not detecting because he had removed it. I should have asked him to make a call but to deactivate

Coupon for $10 to which the owner "a man"just stood there looking at the coupon which he showed a lady in the back who nodded "it's ok to use it"??? (U should know about any legit offers being circulated about your business) but he honored the $10 coupon and I'm glad I got the discount because the screen they repaired on my iPad is separating and doesn't appear to be the right size for my model iPad and the shaded area covers my selfie camera now. I didn't call them to complain but I had already assessed

I went to irepairit in March during the start of quarantine, they never closed.
I cracked my (work) laptop screen!! what to do, what to do??!! My husband told me about them because he had been to them to check his cell battery.
I called to check the hours, they open at 10am, they would need to order the screen, which was fine, I would need to pay 50% down, unfortunaly they do not take cards over the phone. It was up the street so I went there, they have spaces marked out front for distancing and chairs for waiting and a half plexi glass in the door, so no entering. They have a table right next

I love how quickly phone repairs are done over at iRepairIt. I've had to bring my phone here twice and each time, I always got my phone back anywhere between 1hr-2hrs later. It was never an overnight ordeal. I can't give 5 stars because one time a fingerprint was left on the INNER side of the screen of my camera lens, so my selfies were blurry lol BUT they fixed it for FREE! And I also realized that ANY repairs made within 30 (or was it 60?) days from the last date of service is free.

They seem to be using some cheap glass for the iPhone screen. Had a cracked screen , so went to replace it. It was cheaper by $50. I wished I had gone to Apple. The replaced the screen expediently and they take walk -ins. The screen did not seem to be the same quality as original thought. It seemed to have some slight blueish tint that incorrectly was displaying the colors. I am a photographer so I noticed cool look to my photos right away. I could live with that. Today, I had a drop and it did not seem like a bad drop however the screen cracked again. I probably dropped by original phone many

Great service and honest pricing. I had a small crack in the lens of my iPhone X. Apple wanted to replace the whole camera for $579 . Shahzad repaired the phone in ur eta a hour for $73 with tax. I got $10 for the check in offer. Very friendly and he also understands the products and technology. Great place and great owner.

I'm just leaving iRepairIt after having my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 repaired. These gentlemen have to be the most professional, friendly, helpful individuals I have ever met! They prepared me in advance for the fact that my wait time depended upon how many people stopped in for repairs, so I tried to time it where I visited while most people are at work and/or sitting in traffic. I would have been fine with waiting 2 to 3 hours for a repair such as this, so imagine how ecstatic I was to be in-and-out in barely an hour!

I had an issue with an IPhone 6 Plus and these guys were they only ones to solve it. Phone was starting up and immediately switching to a blue screen after booting up. Took it the Apple Store and 2 other 3rd party repair shops and all of them said that the phone had to be replaced and there was motherboard damage.
Brought it here and they said it looks like that's the problem but did full restore and software update and now the phone works as good as new. Charged me 25 dollars for Labor so saved me almost 800 bucks on the phone. Friendly and fast customer service as well.

It seems like I'm always breaking my cell phone :(. It started with my Samsung Galaxy S4 at first, I shattered the screen down to its guts. Came into the iRepairIT location in Smyrna and they made the phone look new out of the box!
