I'm never taking my tech anywhere else! I had a great experience with Onyx. I had spilled water all over my laptop and was incredibly stressed all day, but the staff member who helped me (I think his name is Jake) was so helpful and patient in answering all my questions.
He looked at my laptop and checked to see if my data had been corrupted, then advised me for what the best course of action would be. He was transparent about the costs of replacing/fixing and even gave me some good recommendations for where to buy a new laptop. I hope I won't have any more tech issues in the future, but if I

My trackpad on my MacBook was broken and not responding , so I took it in for repair, The consultant took my MacBook to the back for inspection and to my surprise it was repaired in less than 4 mins. also to my surprise , there was no charge at all for his time. I was sure the cost would be around 200$ or more...I highly recommend this shop and will continue to bring them my computer concerns

Over the past 15 years, I've only gone to Onyx if I had any issues with my Macs. After I installed a new battery in my 2015 MacBook, it would simply not power up. I took it to Onyx today. I forgot to get his name but the rep met me as soon as I walked in and within minutes had my computer powering back up. It was a simple PRAM reset (I assumed because it wasn't powering on that I couldn't do a PRAM reset). He could had easily written up an order, charged me a diagnosis fee, and whatever other costs but he did none of that. As literally an act of "service," he fixed my vintage Mac in minutes and

I was just in for a dead computer, which had a simple solution I should have known! However, the consultant kindly gave me the obvious information without shaming me, which is quite a gift. We have used this service several times in the few years we have lived nearby and have always felt very well served. I have great confidence in the staff here and
great appreciation for their customer service. Moreover, I have always felt charges for service to be fair; and more than once there was no charge for the consultation. I definitely recommend this business.

Unbelievable! Complete rip off and unrealistic. I brought my two month old MacBook Pro into Onyx after some minor damage to the back plate as a result of accidentally falling down the stairs wearing my backpack. I was quoted $1,200 for the parts and labor and they were going to have to hold onto my computer for at least 2 weeks before they could get to the repairs. Shocked by both the quote and time without my means of making a living, I decided to take it to the Apple Store for a second opinion. I ended up paying $179 in total and only waited an hour while the repair was made. This was a win-win

Went in to see if they could salvage my MacBook that suffered a coffee incident. Unfortunately, they could not. But Jing was super helpful and friendly. He took apart the computer and recommended that I dry it and wait, and helped me learn how to reassemble the computer later. The MacBook did not make it, but the experience at Onyx was great!

Went to have my Apple TV fixed but immediately felt like I was in the wrong place (should have just gone to the Apple store). My little problem was no match for these high tech guys. As I waited I could overhear 2 other customers being serviced for much bigger issues and $$$. Although, I would return for other Bigger issues.

I had an issue with iOS 12 and these guys helped me revert back to my old OS with no issue. These guys were fast, professional, attentive, and very knowledgable. Plus, they followed up with me, even after my machine was handed back off to me. These guys care and it shows. Definitely recommend paying these guys a visit if you have any Apple-related issues.

Well these guys have never been able to fix anything that I've brought to them. So what's with the 5 stars?!?! Here are a few things they have done:
1. Answered my question over the phone when I've called.
2. Taken care of me in the store in a polite and professional manner.
3. Communicated the issue in a way that I could understand.
4. They've always done what they say they would do.
5. Followed up in a timely manner.
Here's the thing, I'm not a computer guru but I do know how to Google and I'm brave enough to follow some instructions. By the time I reach out to Onyx, I've already googled
